I went to pick out some laminate for my livingroom, and John was so helpful and patient. Even if I got on his nerves I never felt it! He was very knowledgeable about ALL the laminates. (Glossy vs matte) He even told me how to care for it once I got it! Thank you John, I will see you for my next project!

This store is clean and the people are very pleasant and knowledgeable. I call to see if I could purchase over the phone and have my contractor to pick up same day and Damien answered the phone, he took care of everything, my order was ready in a couple of hours and everything was explained, I had to return unused boxes of tile, I was in and out of the store within 5 minutes!! Thank you!! I recommend Floor and Decor….

Just walked into this store and I'm absolutely appalled at the level of "customer service". I was sent over to talk to a "Ms. Patricia". We briefly discussed what my needs were for a basement flooring install. She couldn't answer basic questions about weight rating and durability. Every single question pointed me to a much higher priced product and underlayment. Underlayment. Underlayment. I think I heard underlayment at least 60 times in our less than 15 minute encounter. Provided zero help. And upon leaving the store, she just walked away. No "thank you for stopping in". No "have a nice night". Just terrible. If your customers, the folks that provide the revenue for the paycheck you take home, are a bother to you, SEEK OTHER EMPLOYMENT! If I could the experience 0 stars I would. I'll find a different store for my purchase.

We went to pick out tile for our bathroom and met Benjamin Byrd at the Capitol Heights store. He jumped right in and helped us and made everything so easy. What a breath of fresh air he was! Very polite and professional, he really went above and beyond to help out. He made it simple to check out and set up a pick up of our supplies. He saved us so much time! Just wanted to say what an exemplary employee! The store was well stocked and very clean. Top notch store with great employees.

Highly recommend this store and the employee Damien. My product was discontinued and there had been an issue with my order which hadn't been picked. Damien came through and helped me out at the last minute and really went above and beyond to get the last boxes.
