The lines were back down the aisle and every one appeared to have attitude. Jervis "the assistant manager" was one of the individuals on the cash register ringing customers. My mom selected a Pompeii extra virgin Olive oil, a 20 oz Pepsi and a toddler swim suit. The register rang the olive oil up at $6.59. My mom informed him it was $5 per store signage. He took the item off and refused to ring it saying the register price was correct. My Mom asked him to go look at the signage with her and he refused saying the price it rang up was correct. While my Mom went to take her picture, I told him that this was not good customer service and that if that signage said $5 he should honor the price and apologize to my Mom. My Mom brought the picture of the signage which in fact did show $5 for the price. He still refused to honor the signage price saying corporate put the prices in the computer. I stated corporate also sends y'all the signage correct? He stated he wasn't changing the because the items didn't match. I showed him the info on the sticker matched the info on the bottle and he said you're either gonna pay for it or your not. I told my Mom we could go to another location and to leave the items. I've had some pleasant experiences in this location in the past so for this to be quality of service provided today, especially by a manager it is not only disappointing but very disheartening.

Wow! Ok this is a great store very clean and employees are very helpful and friendly the shelves are stocked very wellAlso plenty of parking with lots of lights.

Messy, and unorganized. Its difficult to determine the price of most items, poorly and mislabeled shelves. Typical of chain stores in mostly urban areas.

If I could give half a star, I would. The lady manager with the dreads needs to be trained better or fired. She was very childish and unprofessional. The store was absolutely filthy. The employees need to be trained better as well. I've never received such horrible customer service. I will not be back!

Greetings. I would like to make a complaint about one of your store employees Kenneth. I purchased a fan on Monday brought it back and he insisted that my money be put back on my card. The purchase was made using debit . I explained that to him, yet he insisted on trying to educate me on currency and was being loud l, rude with the intent to impress his colleagues and the present store guest. I would also like to mention that while there I observed him giving away merchandise. He did not ring the customers item. He followed her outside where she offered him cash.
