HAD MY TV F0R AN WEEK,NEVER FIX IT NEVER GAVE AN PRICE WHAT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN TO REPAIR IT, KEPT MY 40DOLLARS TOWARDS GETTING IT REPAIR, CALL THE POLICE ON THE MATTER, IT JUST WASN'T WORTH THAT BAD SERVICE! MY TV NOW OUT VA.

I took my tv in there to get fixed and they had my tv for over a month and everytime I called they said they was gonna call back and never did and never fixed the problem smh

There customer service is terrible! I have some Amazon firesticks that I had them reconfigure for subscription service and they totally screwed it up. First, the subscription service was hacked and I had to take my firesticks to be reset. Customers only found out about the hacking DAYS LATER when the firesticks stopped working. No one reached out to the customers to tell them what was up. Mind you I have to come from around the Capital Beltway to visit this location and it takes approximately two hours round trip to visit this location. Anyhow, after the service was reset the firestick was working for a little while. I made my next in store payment and was informed I can no longer pay a few months in advance. Again, they have a database with customers names and numbers and an automated receipt system that allows to send e-receipts but they leave you completely in the dark on things pertinent to transactions. After making my payment on the due date, the firestick stopped broadcasting live channels and the account was showing that the subscription was expired. I contacted the owner (who is a gentleman, my issue is not with him) he suggested that I contact the technician to reboot the firestick. It turns out that this technician mistakenly changed the user name on the firestick when I brought it in for service after the hacking the month prior. So I asked him what could be done to rectify the situation and I inquired if there was a way to reset the user name remotely. He stated rather rudely that he would not give me the ability to reset the device and that I would have to bring the devices to the store to be reset. Like I mentioned this store is a two hour round trip and this is a MISTAKE ON THEIR PART! So I told him I would not be able to drop off the devices that day and inquired if there was anyway that I could receive credit for the days I was paying for and was not able to use the devices. At that point, the technician (who I assume may be relative of the owner) began to berate and insult me. He stated that he could not credit the account and mocked me for asking for some sort compromise for an inconvenience that he caused. Frustrated and appalled at his tone, I let him know that his hostility would cause him to lose a customer. He began berating me, stating that he was "doing me a favor" and I was better off paying the cable company $200 plus dollars if I didn't like the way he was treating me. My sincere reason was to support this Black business and circulate wealth into my community, so to be treated with such disdain and be told that my business is inconsequential is disheartening. The fact that he would think he was "doing me a favor" by not owning up to a mistake that caused interruption in service just shows that this individual's attitude towards customers is flawed. Customers are doing you favor by patronizing your establishment, all we ask is that we get fair and respectful service. I feel bad for the owner because he seems like a true gentleman but his relative (or whoever he is) could learn a few things about customer service.

My TV wouldn't stay on. Took it to these guys and they fixed the problem in a somewhat timely manner $250 for new back lights on my 50 inch.

After shopping around for a business to fix my tv my friend told me about this place.....everyone there was friendly and polite..they was able to fix my TV and I would definitely recommend them.......
