Please don’t waste your time and energy. I sat for a pedicure for a hour and a half to end up not getting it because of the at the attitude i was given when I asked how long after being told 15 minutes when I initially entered. Super unprofessional. Others who came before me got their service started and when I asked what’s happen got attitude and behaved like I was begging for service. I was told 15 minutes and an hour after I was still waiting. Please save yourself please avoid this place. Especially if you are new please avoid appointment don’t mean anything to them. Not friendly or welcoming

Excellent customer service and clean establishment. V is the one to see. Reasonable pricing. It's definitely going to be my new spot.

Tiger is super talented and can do anything I ask for. I have gone several times over the last year and close to where I live.

I was told to come in eventhough I had no appt. When I arrived no one greeted me or asked what service I needed. I sat for 10 minutes and finally left. Very poor customer service and do not recommend this place.

If I could give it zero stars , I would . I walked in asked for a soak off. 1st chair guy says nothing back to me after asking what I needed done. 2 women are in the back doing pedicures. So I'm literally standing there waiting for a response & as I'm waiting he then is approached by another client . Eventually he tells me to "sit down; few minutes" Another woman walks in & asked for 2 services with him. He said ok. 5 minutes later ,a client who stated she just called him, walked in and asked for a service. At this point, I can see clearly that I wont be seen for at least 2-3 hours. Which is ridiculous because I can be in and out the salon easily. I literally just came to soak off nails. Smh unbelievable.

I've never been to a nail salon that runs out of nail extensions... the people were nice but because they didn't have tips to fit my nails I didn't receive service ?

OMG, they are so damn slow. My daughter and I waited for almost 2 hours to get two pedicures. There was 4 people working and each of them were slow. I understand wanting to do a good job, but this amount of time is ridiculous. The location is convenient, and the prices are decent, but my time is worth a lot more than this..... plus they don't have anyone who does eyebrows today. I won't be returning!!!Services: Nail art

So I went there a couple months ago (I know it’s a late response) and I have very naturally long and firm nails.Well I went there and they decided that it would be smart to have a new girl do my nails??♀️. Well I specifically asked her to only file them a little bit. But then she files them almost all the way down! And the manager (knowing I was mad) was just standing there! Ever since then my nails have never been the same. They are now always breaking and take weeks to grow back when before it would have taken a couple days. Never again will I use this place for any of my nail needs.Service: Dip powder

I made an appointment with Ana at 9:30am two weeks. I was supposed to be her first client. She arrived at 10am and tells me she has another client for a full set. I know am a new client but to be treated like she is doing me a favor, wasn't right. I guess I will keep looking for a nail salon in Maryland with better service. I don't recommend!!!!

Love this place!! Everyone is so professional & great at their job. One thing about nail salons is that it's hard to find someone who can do a good job AND have great customer service. Hannah & Tiger do have that & run the shop amazing.
