“Came here on Friday 4:26 24 at around 8:49 p.m. It doesn't matter which Big Lots I go to I get the same excellent customer service 10 star service and this door definitely made me feel welcomed, easy to find items and the manager here is absolutely incredible makes you feel like family. I am thankful that the consistency of all the Big Lots Remains the Same whether I go to Maryland, Virginia, Arizona, or California I know I will be treated with utmost respect and efficiency and you have excellent items that I never have to return. I love that”

“Wow! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the security guards Donald and Daryl with a smile and a hello how are you, which made me feel very respected. Then as I went towards the back to look for a jewelry box I found a perfect one and Monica was stocking things and pointed me to some other ones to look at. Then we started having a conversation about how so many stores in this area disrespect their customers and how they are treated as if they're criminals because they won't allow the carts outside, which of course is very inconvenient. I was thanking her that this store doesn't punish everyone because of the few. It also tells me that the security team is pretty good at their job. At the end of my experience I went to purchase my items and Yolanda handled my order and was very efficient very kind and nice. I pray that the management gives them all a raise or a bonus or a trip or something because they definitely deserve it. After going through a lot of icky customer service, it's nice to have a wonderful experience. THANK YOU!”
