If you are a young person trying to get your life started I highly do not recommend, they will take advantage of you. I recently bought a 2005 Jeep Wrangler LJ from this dealership. It is a small family owned place, and they all seem very friendly, however what good salesman is not. I purchased this vehicle because my car before it was totaled due to a flood. I was hoping for a reliable well working vehicle that had passed inspection which is what I thought, and was told I was buying. Two weeks later after purchase I heard this horrible noise so I took it to my cousin who is a mechanic to look it over. The transfer case had gotten a big hole blown out the side of it and he continued looking at it to fine the whole frame was rusted out to the point it needs a new frame and the rear drivers side shock was not connected it was shoved in between the frame, 2 parts where the body connects to the frame were rusted through, and stated that it should have never passed inspection. We went back to talk to them and they kept repeating themselves basically telling me to kick rocks and it’s not there problem. I then talked to a state trooper who reinspected it and voided the original inspection, and one I contacted them to let them know they ignored me. Now I am 19 years old in the Army and 13 thousand dollars down, and unfortunately am going to have to take this to court.

The staff are all really friendly. Although I worked mostly with Ray. He was able to get me set up with a new car and out the door for an amazing deal and the best part was that the whole process took less than a week. Truly a great place if you're in a pinch or looking to splurge. They've got the car of your dreams in there somewhere!!

Well I coulda given it a few stars based on my sales person Ray. But as of this moment they get nothing. I drove 5 hours to purchase a car. With in 2 hours of the drive home car went into limp mode and check engine lights came on. Found out cylinders failed. They have me have it checked out, they offer to pay for the 1 cylinder to fix, fine whatever, I pay 800 for all new parts. After that I find a funnel and trans fluid applicator stuffed inside the top of the inside of the motor and trans fluid spraying and leaking everywhere. Fine they offer to pay to have it fixed. I did not take it to my normal place as I couldn't drive it. They didn't fix it and now this is going to negate the separate warranty I purchased. So after 6 days of trouble not driving it and to much money spent on nothing, I couldn't keep the lemon. They had transport pick it up as it wasn't able to be driven, and told me they would send it and refund my deposit. Some of which was on a credit card. This was June 3 2024. Here I am June 19th and I've been ignored, not answered nothing returned either by mail or credited to my card. I am paying big time for my mistake. Now I can't find reliable vehicle as to any money not being returned and my extra money paying off what they still have. I hate writing bad reviews but at this point I'm suffering all the way around because no one can click a few buttons.
Update. They after 3 weeks called and have decided they do not want to give me my money back, excuse being they didn't get their money back from local mechanic that I chose. Well they refused to let me take it to the dodge dealer saying that would be to much, and found thar the mechanic shop GAVE them their money in full PLUS a fee. They got 1043 dollars back, my 1600 dollar deposit, they paid 5700 at auction and sold for 10,999 Not fixed! Yes I have proof of everything! I emailed and filed a report with the attorney General. I emailed the mayor of the township. I am contacting local media next. They've destroyed me emotionally and financially. Thieves, scammers , horrible characters. Hopefully they don't represent the kinds of people in that state.
Update.. here we are Sept 24 th I have had to contact many agencies. Finally tonight I received word that the investigator was able to contact the owner. He had agreed to finally return my money as he says he was unaware of the issue. I was told he was a very reasonable man, we'll see. The fact that the car was picked up by transport by THEIR actions, they say I could pay for that, even though the truck was not driveable. Fingers crossed I get my whole deposit back otherwise another action again needs to be taken. And no I haven't still been able to purchase another vehicle!!

I have brought 2 cars from Carma Auto. Anytime I need to purchase a car I don’t hesitate to call Ray and he gets right on it and gets me the best deal possible. I wouldn’t go to no other dealership in the DMV BECAUSE CARMA AUTO IS WHERE I WILL PURCHASE EVERY CAR I NEED & WANT . The customer service is 100/100 . The response time is 1000/100. The Cars are 10000/100 and their Overall attitude . I WOULDNT RECOMMEND NO OTHER DEALERSHIP BUT CARMA AUTO!!!!

While I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle from Carma Auto, I was very pleased with my experience with Ray. He answered every question I had about the vehicle I was interested in, and even offered a warranty for the vehicle at no additional cost since that was a potential hold-up for me. Would recommend Carma Auto, and specially Ray if you’re looking for a used car!
