Norma is wonderful. I’ve taken my car to this shop twice within months apart. My door was dented on the back drivers side and my rear bumper lost its paint. The second time my front bumper was hanging off and literally got to a point where it was dragging on the ground. I had to pay out of pocket and also shopped around before hand . I’ll tell you this they did an amazing job with the repairs and the prices were very very reasonable!! Thanks to everyone who took part in making my car whole again!

Miss Norma use ti be great but after year if dealing the work slacked mechanics left work was done properly or efficiently. How my body work was done properly but machanic work was poorly done

Talked to Norma. Delivered a part and she asked nicely if she could pay with credit card the next day. Then after talking to her numerous times and every time she seemed to be outside, she kept saying she would call me back. Never did. And now she is not answering my calls. Real un-professional.

Shout out to Miss Norma the owner of this place. She is a very nice and caring person and makes you feel like family. This body shop is one of the best in the area the customer service is excellent,professional, and performs outstanding and satisfying work on your vehicle I would recommend this shop to anyone with the highest regards.. prices are reasonable compared to other body shops.

I came to the shop to get my car painted and they made me wait a lot longer than I expecte. the customer service sucks. the owner doesn't know how to talk to people. she cursed me and told me I was a lai. they also scratched both of my side mirrors and refu to fixed it. when I ask to see the prove they had on my car the owner became very defensive and told me she doesn't need to show me anything and that I should believe her just becaus. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!

I had a very bad experience my car was given back to me and the repairs were not done my frame was knocked to the right I brought my 2020 Ford Mustang here and the lady told me not to worry she would take good care of me and she did that exactly she repainted my car smooth out the body that was not done correct she aligned my vehicle and she fixed my computer my car looks better than when I got it at the dealership she is my to go to lady Thank you so muchService: Body & Trim

DON’T COME HERE!!!!Initially this place was good when you buy your own materials however the turnaround time as well as being lied to makes this place bad.My experience:I got the rocker panels on my Ford changed and I initially brought the left side rocker panel and ask for a quote which totaled $1200 per side. No problem here! The owner then tells me it will take three weeks for her to complete the job in which she does in four!The problem arises when she tells me she has the part for the other side of the rocker panel. She tells me she can do the job in a weeks time I didn’t believe her and initially told her no but she said she already had the part so I went along and let her proceed to work on the right side rocker panel. I’m not gonna run through detailed by detail but I’ll sum it up here. One week turned into one month. I had to call her for updates every week, she didn’t have the part, then when she did get the part it was the wrong one, I was inconvenienced without a car for a month when it was only supposed to be a week. Then upon receiving my car back there were minor nicks on it (non-prexisting) and lastly my car doesn’t start now and I have to wait on AAA to give me a tow back to my house and she doesn’t know what happened to itService: Body & Trim

This place is terrible. 1st of all mother(manager or owner) and son, greeted me with cigarettes in hand. All i wanted was for them to drills holes so my tags can be secured. She wanted to charge me $45, mind you I have my own bolts and material.The customer service is bad and the energy is unwelcoming. Clearly because they don't get enough customers, they will overcharge you for a minor work.
