Food was good but the service was pathetic.... We are asked to order on the app or browser by scanning the QR code and then making the payment... But the servers do not know what the order is and we had to continuously tell them what was pending... What's the point in placing the orders online if I have to repeatedly tell them what's pending!!!

Ate there on Friday. It was among the worst service I’ve had in years. All drink orders and food orders had errors.I think the server was under the influence.

Very poor service. Wasn't busy. Waiting staff couldn't be bothered to check on us. We even ordered from the app as directed but food and drinks didn't arrive until we had to flag down management. When we wished for a second round of drinks, same story. Poor service and had to flag down management a 2nd time, which frustrated them. Looking around the entire restaurant it appears to be only at 25% capacity.

As i sit here in this mess of a restaurant i’m so sad, annoyed and starving. I ordered my food 48 minutes ago. There were about 10 tables with people at them who already had their food. Then the terrible part is they don’t have no dam server to come to you, i had to flag down 4 different people with no outcome, still no food. they are so lost. if the service is horrible and no customer service is provided then the management must need to be replaced. Mind you i’m 9 months pregnant. still waiting for food lol i can’t believe this capitol heights location

Worst service ever, tool 25 mins and no service was provided, decided to walk out and spend money somewhere else. Don’t wast your time and money going to that location. They need to retain in customer service asap.

"Tell me you don't care, without telling me you don't care..." sums up the experience at Buffalo Wild Wings, Capitol HeightsMy food delivery service defaults to this location based on the proximity to my home. Due to the fact that the kitchen has repeatedly prepared my orders inaccurately, I decided to drive to the restaurant to pickup my order this time, thinking at least this way I can check my order and have them correct their inaccuracies. This is where my flawed thinking led me astray.Order was placed at 5:56 pm and promised at 6:20 pm. I waited in the restaurant until 7:15 to receive FRIED FOODS and BURGERS. Food was ROOM TEMPERATURE. TENDERS AND FRIES were practically inedible based on how old and disgusting they were. The wings must have sat for 30 or more minutes because they were cold to the touch. And the burgers, which were actually warm, were piled high with veggies, mayonase and mustard, rather than respecting the request that they be made plain.Yes, it was my stupidity to entertain waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes for this order, but when you have a hungry family waiting at home for dinner, sometimes you just stick it out and think, "It can't POSSIBLY take TOO much longer, right??"The kitchen staff needs training in interpreting orders. The past three times I've specified that I wanted the burgers plain, they comes piled high with mayonase and veggies. And the audacity to serve fried foods that have sat so long they're inedible is simply insulting. I felt guilty presenting that garbage to my children to eat.The manager spent the entire time I was there tending to patrons behind the bar. Never once walked to the other end of the restaurant where multiple patrons were waiting for carryout orders. This establishment clearly generates a good portion of its business through to-go orders. The process is entirely under-attended to and obviously of zero concern to management.Heed my warning before you entertain this establishment offering whatever type of service they feel like giving, as opposed to what you deserve as a paying customer.

I placed an online order for pick up and was given a pick up time of 11:30pm. When I arrived at 11:25 I was told my wings were coming out now. I watched several workers come from the kitchen none of them came to me about my order. I waited until 12am only to be told they forgot about my wings. I was given the other part of my order and told they would refund my money. At 12am where was I going to get more food so I said I would wait. Keep in mind the place was not busy maybe 6 parties with no more then 2-4 people so I didn't understand what happened to my order. When I asked about the turn around time for my refund the supervisor told me he couldn't do the refund until the next day but he assured me he would do it. The wings were excellent but the first part of my order was cold. Also i had no ranch, celery or guac with my order. The supervisor also seemed annoyed like I did something. I will NEVER order from this establishment again.

I ordered my food at 10: 00 pm. I got to the restaurant at 10:07 , when I walked in it was 10:17. I walked to the desk and one of the employees who was getting ready to go asked my name, I told her and she said your order won’t be ready at 10:30 with a little irritation, whatever I didn’t care about that. So I come back 10: 23 ( by the way my ready time said 10:20, there was no one at the desk the girl that I seen was sitting with another waitress, nobody came to say anything so 10: 43 someone comes out with my order. The ticket on my order says 10:21. This location is the worst, I knew I should have gone to Bowie. And the fries were trash and my partner chicken was trash. I would not go to this location ever again and the there is no customer service….

Restaurant was extremely cold every table had their coats on. No menu on table had to scan or code to order and pay but didn't work had to give sever my phone so she could enter my order. Different orders came out 10 minutes apart. Had to ask for napkins. Server kept disappearing, never checked in. When time to pay disappeared again had to flag someone else down.
