“I was looking for a Body Shop that can repair the damages on my trunk and my bumper on my car (2016 Chevy Malibu). I reached out to 4 different places and they advised me that I will need to replace the trunk lid and my bumper. Well something told me to continue looking and I found Capitol Collison online. I called and I spoke to the owner (Ms. Norma Chicas). Ms. Chicago advised me to send her a photo because she believes the damage can be repaired and not replaced. Once Ms. Chicas looked at the photos she called me back and advised me that she can repair the damage. I dropped my car off on November 15, 2021, and Ms. Chicas made arrangements with a car leasing company so I would have a car to go back and forth to work. I left my car not knowing how it was going to look. On November 19, 2021, I picked my car up and "Oh My Goodness " I love, love, love my car. Alex did an amazing job on the repairs. “I stepped out on faith and took my car to Mitchell's Auto Body based SOLELY on the fact that it is the closest body shop to my house. There were ZERO Yelp reviews or online comments at the time. In the end, I was COMPLETELY satisfied with the entire experience! I got into a pretty bad accident in Sept and had my car towed to Mitchell's on a rainy Saturday afternoon. They were closed, so the mechanic at the shop next door called Mr. Mitchell and he came down within 30 mins to let my car into the garage. He said he would give me a call on Monday morning once he was able to look at the vehicle and call around for prices on parts. He called me by 10am on Monday with a very reasonable quote. I told him that I was paying out of pocket for repairs, so he worked with me and said he understood. I gave him a call on Thursday giving him the heads up to order all the parts, which were there the following Monday, at which point I went down and dropped off the deposit for the parts only. Mr. Mitchell took me over to my car and showed me all the parts he had removed and what needed to be done. I reeeeally appreciated him doing this! He answered ALL of my questions and was honest when offering information and advice. By the time the repairs were completed (front bumper, fender, headlights, front rail/radiator, AC condensor, and a few other parts), my car had been in the shop for over 3 weeks with a very reasonable storage fee for the time before and after repairs were done. When i dropped off my payment for the repairs and saw my car parked out front, I started smiling from ear to ear! The portions that Mr. Mitchell worked on looked good as new! Seriously! Its been about a week and a half and I've driven about 250 miles with no issues. My car is running better than ever. I'll update this review accordingly should anything happen, but so far so good!”

From the beginning Hans provided a lot of information that helped with the decision process to include an in depth YouTube video going through the vehicle in fine detail. “Norma is wonderful. I’ve taken my car to this shop twice within months apart. My door was dented on the back drivers side and my rear bumper lost its paint. The second time my front bumper was hanging off and literally got to a point where it was dragging on the ground. I had to pay out of pocket and also shopped around before hand .
