This is my first experience in any of your stores. I came in to find out what is the store like and what do you have and I was greeted by Florida who said she's a front-end manager. I asked about membership and she began talking to me about some credit card membership and I told her I learned long ago not to ever do anything that's credit card and she kind of used her hands and started waving my concerns on.. and pointed me over to the members section. It looked as if she was giving me the talk to the hand sign.
So I asked her did she do that and she denied it. I went over and saw that the membership was like 55. I was already irritated so I said nah. On my way out I spoke to another Shopper who experienced what I have in the store the disrespect and she said there's not good product either. I said it's a shame that we have to take our business to Virginia before we can get good customer service or merchandise. I told her that this store is like a beautiful wedding cake but the experience of being brushed off was like flies on that wedding cake. Disgusting. You need people that are engaging not insulting on the front end.

I came to the bakery at this location, and seen that they had out dated packages that was 2 to 3 day past the expiration date on the tables and that was supposed to be dispose of in the morning, however I see that they had a young Gentleman Name Richard , who was doing everything he can in the evening, I advise him that he is doing a Excellent job and he has Great customer service.. his manager should give him "Kudos " for his hard work in the evening..and The manager need to tell her Morning crew do there job to dispose of out dated merchandise

TIRE DEPARTMENT !!!
BE CAREFUL!!!!
This is for the tire department.
It has been the worst service I ever had. I brought my mom's car to change the front tires and I left with a completely broken screw.
There is only one technician and if you can call him that because he doesn't even have the slightest idea of how to do the service. I will definitely not come to this location no more, for Now on it will be only Costco, I was looking for something reliable and cheap and ended up being more expensive.
STAY AWAY PEOPLE !!!

When I lived in Atlanta I always done curbside and often what I saw was when people who parked there and was not using curbside would get booted and have to pay a fine to get it taken off. I think BJs should do the same, hire a company that does this stuff because every time I do curbside I always see multiple cars parked in the curbside spots and would not be in their vehicle. It’s a consistent headache and I would like to see those people have consequences of using something they are not doing. This should eliminate the problem.

Three weeks after taking my car to BJ's to get its tires rotated, my car was stolen by someone with a device that mimicked my keyless entry device. I can't say for certain that my stolen vehicle was related to my service at BJ's. But I am leaving this review here nonetheless in case anyone else had a similar experience.

The bathrooms are not up to standard. Also no handsoap in the bathroom. This makes me wonder how are the deli staff and food handlers cleaning their hands? We can do better.

Today Feb 19, 2024 at 6:24 at capital heights, MD Mary front end certificated, was so unprofessional she was ignoring me when I was telling her about my purchase that needs security tag to be removed. She called the manager, she wouldn’t let me talk and she was cutting me off while talking. The manager accused me of stealing said the item wasn’t on the receipt and she wouldn’t allow me to take the items, she was so rude and when I was finally able to explain myself to her that it was on the receipt then they started to pay attention to the receipt after realizing both Mary and the Manger with no tag name on were wrong they didn’t apologize for accusing me of stealing my purchase.Ade

If I could get zero stars, I would my experience was horrible. Mr. Stefon Davis supposed to be the manager was rude didn’t help or acknowledge me when I needed help. Word of advice, better service to the people who spend their hard-working money at your store
