My Mom and I went furniture shopping today and were immediately and warmly greeted by Mr. Kevin Jacobs. He was very attentive throughout the entire furniture shopping and purchasing process. However, he gave us the space and freedom to browse the pieces that we were interested in purchasing. While my Mom is a return shopper, this was my first time visiting the Ashley Homestore. The ambience was really nice and relaxing. All of the staff that we encountered were kind and professional that we plan to return to this site for future purchases. Thank you, Kevin, for making this shopping trip a wonderful experience.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Ashley Furniture Store. Despite paying for my furniture in advance, they canceled my order and sold it to someone else. This was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. When I arrived at the store to pick up my purchase, I was told that I would now have to wait another month for the item. To make matters worse, the refund process has been a nightmare. I am still waiting to get my money back, which adds to the frustration. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on their customer service. I strongly advise against buying anything from this store. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

Don’t buy anything from here!
Ashley Furniture Store has really disappointed me. They canceled my furniture and sold it to someone else even though I paid for the item first. This is really disappointing. When I came here for pick up, they told me I have to wait another month. This is what they did. This is really unprofessional and really disappointing store. Please don’t buy anything from here.

Mr. Therlow was amazing!! He took his time and made sure he found every deal available. He was patient and very personalble. I got the bed I wanted and the process was easy. Go see Mr. Therlow at the Ashley's in Ritchie Station in Capitol Heights, MD 20733!

My experience with Ashley Furniture Store has been nothing short of awful. After paying for my furniture in full, they canceled my order and sold the item to someone else. When I arrived to pick it up, they informed me that I would have to wait another month. On top of that, the refund process has been a complete hassle, and I'm still waiting to get my money back. This store is extremely unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Shop elsewhere to avoid these issues.

The sales person Alphatrus was amazing. He was patient and came up with alternatives to meet our needs. He double checked to make sure the sale applied to all items. We’ll be back!

I will never purchase from them again. I purchased a bed frame and delivery was scheduled, then I received an email that they cancelled my order. I called customer service to see why the order was cancelled and they confirmed that there was no cancellation on my account. Well here I am on the delivery date and they said the order doesn’t exist because THEY in fact did cancel it. Never again

My experience with Kiera General Manager was beyond my expectations for customer service. She really made sure that my experience and purchase was hassle free and smooth. I deeply appreciate her warm, welcoming, patient and kind spirit. She is really what keeps this place NUMBER ONE for customer satisfaction!!!! Well that amd the quality furniture. My experience with Alphatrus was every bit of exceptional. From the time i came in the store to the time i left Alphatrus greeted me and made sure that i was confident and knowledgeable about all of the different furniture for my ideal rooms. I will add that i came in the store feeling overwhelmed from the previous shop experience i had at another store. When i initially entered the store i tried to avoid the salesmen because i wanted to grab exactly what i wanted and nothing more. Moving strategically Alphatrus spotted me and tried his best to greet me and assist. Finally he walked up to me and greeted me. He went above and beyond to make sure i chose the right furniture for each room. He took into consideration my style, color scheme and overall price limit and pointed me in the right direction. He explained every detail and answered about a 1000 questions lol. He also took his time to explain the differences between each brand and pricing that i had thoughts about in the future. He was patient, funny, outgoing and even flexible especially when it came to getting me EXACTLY what i wanted. Though we walked all over the store several times he again made sure i left feel confident in my purchase. I would definitely recommend Alphatrus if you ever need a patient person to get your what you need any take into consideration your vision.
