Absolutely DEPLORABLE SERVICE. I went in to buy wheels and decided against them. They were not at the store and had to picked up the following day. I started to call a few hours the same day and all morning the following day. My calls were not answered until 11 AM. After I was polite and informed the manager about my change (I'm a woman) he became aggressive, belligerent and rude. Demanded I cash app him some money for his shipping and was yelling. And that he's running a business and a bunch of other disrespectful and improper statements as well as his tone of voice. I promptly told him he will not talk to me in such a fashion and definitely won't get any money from me acting like a complete jackass. I'm a grown woman and want take disrespect from anyone. Any legit business man with any decorum wouldn't even talk to a customer like that regardless of a purchase or not and secondly, as a business woman myself, with a business degree his practice was unethical to say the least. Even the day before, some employee there set in my purse, didn't apologize and didn't even say thankyou for coming in or anything. I got my rims from Audio City and tires from Dominion Tires in Capitol Heights. I had EXCELLENT service from those 2 places. I would NEVER refer anyone to this embarrassment of an establishment. Well I'm not embarrassed because it's not my business, but it's awful and not worth the time.
