Cashier Alec and new manager Darryl Cooper are trash. Both were unhelpful and acted clueless in order to get out of actually doing there job the right way. Not surprised based on the area. All the other employees I encountered there are all very helpful and very professional. I reported this to the district manager Michael Rosen.

Messy store, empty shelves, couldn't find items we needed, and staff was not that friendly. Only one line and did not open another, they just let the line get longer. Disappointed.

One of the least expensive places to buy groceries. They have everything you need for a week, all for less than half the price of other grocery stores in this area. They do run out of a few specific things for a few weeks at a time, but usually come back.

Came here for a couple of items and though the Price Is Right got very bad customer service from Eleathea who said she was the manager. When I was in line, I noticed how her and another employee were just talking and talking and it looked like they were ignoring the customer in front. When I came up for her to run my order, I told her what I saw. She tried to defend her position, cutting me off mid sentence which caused stuff to start escalating. Please remember that a manager is a problem solver not problem starter. Aldi is like a wonderful wedding cake, but this experience is like maggots on that wedding cake. Disgusting and it brings down the Aldi name. It's Thursday May 16th 2024 at around 8:30.

Well I love to go to Aldis but when you have 20 people in line that is a managers call to go open all lanes. The manager had to be asked by several people to open more cashiers. I hate when a lot of people want to cash out but need to wait. This is a problem

Probably the worst Aldi I've shopped at in 15 years. Stocks are low, the workers are rude, and they offer curbside but refuse to bring the groceries to the car. Let this location go out of business and shop where they care about the customer.
