They have great customer service, clean store. I would give them 5 in that department but the deli is the issue. I gave it 3 chances , 3 different shifts and the hot food is cold or still frozen. Depending on the made to order drinks are bad.

They are always out of the wawa strawberry lemonade which is my favorite and the snack pack apples. Otherwise everything else is good.

They could do a lot better. It just seems some of the people who work here just mad with the world. They always take forever to get you your stuff or they just act like it never existed
