If I could rate this location lower than a 1 star I would! The restrooms are just down right flithy and are barely cleaned when I come in. The staffing, customer service and management is horrible and ever since the two people that I liked to see working there stopped the service has gotten even worse. The newer younger Gen Z hires don't do their jobs and are either outsider smoking or inside arguing with each other.
Horribly under staffed to the point where they have staff from other locations come in to fill in fir the ones that aren't there. And the ones that do work either give you an attitude or don't wanna help you with anything
Either shut this place down for a while and retrain the staff to do better or hire people that know how to work, cause this place is gonna lose more business fast

This store has changed tremendously i stop going to it because it seemed everything was down or broken , now its like a breathe of fresh air , management is present , very clean and stocked the turn over is a plus . Thank you

I wish I could rate this location lower than 1 star. Since Toya and Gladys no longer work at this location the service is absolutely HORRIBLE. I have gone in twice this week and there is one employee that has to cook the food and work the register because the other employer is ALWAYS outside smoking and on her phone.

Filthy Royal Farms. Bathrooms were disgusting. There wasn't even a soap dispenser in the bathroom so don't count on employees washing their hands before cooking your food. Trash cans in bathrooms and outside the store were overflowing.

The whole store is filthy trash all over the floor bathrooms are disgusting .
They not even busy inside at all so I don't know if they need to hire more people or what but I definitely won't eat out of here.
This is just disgusting they need to close this place down and put something else Here. Employees clearly don't care but that could be do tk poor management and lack of staff. Stores always trying to cut hours and then the customers and employees have to suffer.

Bought a half gallon of milk, was walking out and started to drink it and nearly threw up. The milk was separating and was sour and lumpy. Checked the date and it expired two weeks ago. Told the cashier and asked if I could swap it out, every single milk was expired. Some were over a month expired. Asked for a refund and the lady couldn’t or wouldn’t give me a refund. Ridiculous

Nasty customer service the lady cashier with the long hair mad at me because the computer say cash but she want me to pay with card and then she gets mad at me because she had to give me the change out of her register and then trying to denied change to customer to okay they lottery tickets that’s sad I was there at 7:40 pm
Is sad to use the word but nasty and unprofessional customer service .!

I went to the Royal Farms at 7:00 AM Sunday, April 28, 2004. I went there to get gas. When I went inside I asked the young lady at the cash register that was dark skin, short, with braids. Can I pay for gas. She looked at me, rolled her eyes and said, “no pay at the self service machine.” While waiting for a customer In front of me to use the machine, I politely asked her is everything OK? Are you having a not so good morning? She gave me a blank stare. Didn’t say anything, and put her head down. I just paid for my gas and left. very bad customer service!
