“Andy with ARC Document Solutions was our saving grace at AYPO! He was able to ensure we could have programs for our upcoming concert in a time crunch after our printer was unable to execute the task. Not only that, but in the limited amount of time we had to get them done, the 400 finished programs included full color front and back pages - which was unexpected, but made the programs look almost exactly like our usual ones. We are truly thankful for the quick turnaround and excellent customer service at ARC!”

“So I ordered a package that required a signature on delivery, and unfortunately, neither I or my family would be available to receive this package during the scheduled delivery time. However, FedEx offers an option to hold a package at an "authorized FedEx distribution center" for pickup, and this location was suggested. As a distribution center, I truly did not know what to expect, because it did not specify what type of business location-i.e. FedEx store vs. FedEx counter within a convenience store vs. a FedEx mass shipping center. Come to find out, it's a small privately-owned (?) mail courier service store, and advertises as an authorized shipper for UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. The place is relatively small but neat, and the customer service was friendly and efficient. However, finding the exact location was a bit of a hassle, but I did find it after using another gps system, and saw that it's located at the back corner of Forestville Plaza. There's plenty of free parking, and it does not seem like a busy location-but I could be wrong. And you can have any mail or package shipped from here, or have mail/packages arrive here for free pickup-depending on your courier company. Overall, I highly recommend!”

Amir (the owner) is a perfectionist and is meticulous, qualities that are critical for work that must be impeccable, especially when it comes to legal documents. On one occasion, I saw him throw out an entire production run because of a flaw I could not even see. In addition, he has always completed the work I have requested on time or before the scheduled time.Amir also makes helpful suggestions about how to complete (or not complete) work, and he has unique equipment to improve the result. Michael is extremely responsive, super-helpful, and refreshingly quick and affordable. Their capabilities in this little shop are surprising, and the quality is high, better than I assumed a quick print would be. They have an exceptional prepress guy (team?) who makes sure everything prints professionally. I would recommend this shop without reservation.”
