First time I came they was quick and very helpful. This time I called them everyday for 2 WEEKS STRAIGHT ! They have yet to give me any update on my car, everytime I call someone that’s supposed to be working on my car is out. I’m really about to lose my patience with all Nissan establishments cause SHEEHY Nissan is no better. I’m constantly getting the run around and nobody sounds like they care that my needs as a customer is not being met. I asked to speak to the manager and waited on hold for 45 minutes and he still hasn’t even attempted to call back a unsatisfied customer! Not to mention when I called the man can’t even pull up any information for my car. What’s going on? Is my car just sitting while nobody does their job. NEVER BRINGING MY CAR HERE AGAIN !

The customer service team greeted me with professionalism on the day of my appointment. Service Advisor (Malcom Proctor) assisted me with letting me know the service my car required. He offered a loaner car since the repairs would not be completed before close of business. To my surprise, the repairs were completed and I did not need a loaner car. The technician (Mario Martinez-Vergel) met with me and showed me all of the repairs he did and the old parts that were damaged. Great service and I will return again!!!

Was helped by Chris Boyd, made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Bought a used 2021 Kia Forte with less than 24K miles. Another rep also helped me Stanley Bobbit, both had great customer service. But the entire team gave me good vibes. Recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership

The people were nice and accommodating. Manny Mendoza had a great personality and attitude. He was really helpful and answered all our questions. He even went and washed my car for me before I drove it off the lot! My financial advisor was also really helpful and explained everything I needed to know. I didn’t think I would be leaving the dealership with a car, but the staff made the purchase easy.

Thank you Nissan for providing excellent service!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. No one walked past me without asking if I needed assistance or to say hello. My oil change was done quickly and I received excellent service from Troy and Angelo. It’s truly refreshing to get great service like that. Keep up the good work!!

The service of my vehicle was absolutely wonderful especially after receiving the inspection vehicle with the visibility of the air filter. Appointment received the same morning and Service was under 2 hours which was fantastic! Keep up the good work.

Everytime I go to Passport Nissan I love being helped by Tracey W. She is very patient, knowledgeable, and very genuine. I truly wish that I had her as a salesperson when I brought my car from there. Tracey keep up the good work and if anyone is interested in buying a car, make sure to see her!

I appreciate that the inspection was shared with me. Everything done to the car was explained. The representative was very courteous and knowledgeable. However, the wait time (approximately 4 hrs.) was excruciatingly long even though I had an appointment.

I have been workin with my Service tech, Angie for almost 2 years. She is honest and thorough. She also provides great customer service. I will most definitely recommend Passport and Angie to new customers.

I worked with Mr Tony C. Wonderful/knowledgeable sales representative he made sure every thing was in order while I was there and even did a follow up call after to make sure all my questions were answered. Dealing with him was the best experience I’ve had at Nissan as this is my second purchase And it far surpassed my last experience. Make sure to ask for him. Oh and Mr. Matt in finances great person also.

I have been having my car serviced by Passport Nissan of Marlow Heights since I bought my car there in 2016; and I have always had good experiences there. The advisor, Alejandro Villanueva, was very personable and friendly. I was there for my oil change. He explained to me about the coupon deal concerning tire rotation and balancing of the tire. So, I took advantage of that as well. I later received a call from him that the car was ready. All was done in a timely manner. I was well pleased.

Service dept is pretty good. I don't understand why I'd be scheduled for an 11:30 appointment, if all their LEAF Techs go on lunch break at noon...here's an idea, rotate lunch breaks! Whoa, revolutionary! And how about a quiet waiting area where I'm not assaulted with TV and music? I've got work to do.

Mr. Damon Wells in the Service Department made sure that my vehicle was serviced in a timely fashion and that the vehicle was good to go. I thank him for insuring the work preformed was done accurately.
