Alright this will be a little long…
I went to Passport to buy a specific vehicle. I worked with Ali and he was great. We got everything worked up with Leigh and I took delivery of the vehicle.
It had an issue. I brought the vehicle back - Ali and Leigh worked with me and got me a rental. Everything was good.
Got the car back. Issue was still there. They made another attempt to fix the problem but issue remained.
Leigh offered for them to take the vehicle back because of the issue. He understood that too much back and forth would be a headache for both me and them.
Not every dealership would work with a client and offer this. They wanted to do the right thing for the client and for that I am grateful.
While yes, the car didn’t work out - Ali, Leigh and Passport were still a pleasure to work with and I whole heartedly recommend buying from them.

Mr. Bullock was very professional and thorough in communicating the issues concerning my vehicle. He shared with me several options to consider and even referred a salesman to me when I mentioned that I was considering purchasing a new/used vehicle. Thank you!!!

My recent purchase from Passport Nissan in Marlow Heights was hands down the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a new car. I first visited a dealership closer to home. It was quite memorable—and not in a good way. I’ll save details for them. The reviews for the Sales team at Passport Nissan in Marlow Heights sounded great—in fact, suspiciously great. I was skeptical, but after that other dealership, how bad could it be? The reviews are true! The place is great, the people are great! Salesman Stanley Bobbitt was such a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, professional, and funny. The entire process, yes even price negotiations, were amazingly stressless. I also enjoyed the rest of the team who helped me, including Sales Manager Gary Lee, Salesman Mr. Contee, and Mac McReynolds in finance. I felt an instant rapport with everyone. I don’t give outstanding reviews unless they are warranted, this place is. Thanks to you all for getting me into my very cool hot car!

My husband and I bought a bad car a few days before visiting Nissan. We were both extremely upset that our car wasn’t working and we spent a lot of money on it. After speaking with Ali (from Nissan Marlow Heights)- he convinced us to come into their office to look at a NEW 2024 Nissan Sentra! We were able to get approved and drive off the lot the same day! Ali was compassionate and empathetic to our situation and really took his time to make sure that we found a car that worked for us!! He’s literally the BEST car salesman in the world!!! Thank you so much Ali!

Just don’t like when more of you going to spend is always the case. Just came in for oil change with the filters are too expensive. But service was good. Need more discounts or coupons

I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation but ended up having to leave my vehicle for repairs on my leaking struts. I love the inspection video provided by Kenneth. It was very detailed and thorough and explained to me exactly what was going on with my vehicle. I was provided with a courtesy vehicle while repairs were being done and Angie kept me updated regularly on the progress which was greatly appreciated. Angie is always very nice, helpful and provides excellent customer service. The only thing I was a little disappointed about was that my car was returned unwashed and not vacuumed. But I understand that is a courtesy and not an included service so no big deal. Overall the service was great as usual. Thank you all.

I walked into the dealership heart broken that my first vehicle that I was currently driving received a phone call that my car wasn't operable anymore. I wasn't sure what I was going to do but I talked with my salesman Ali and manager Mr. Greg and before my eyes a miracle happened. I was beyond blessed to not aquire another vehicle to provide for my family but the outstanding customer service and going above and beyond to make sure everything was okay. I truly am grateful and have already recommended folks to go Passport Nissan. Thank you.

They are liars and scammers…. I’m done last visit whoever is saying they are good probably don’t understand cars or work for them idiots… Atleast when Johnny or Dennis was there it was respectful

They were very thorough efficient and helpful; notified me with all things that needed repair! The only thing that went wrong was the unexpected wait time that was due to one of the parts delay!
