They should really let customers know beforehand, they DO NOT NEGOTIATE on Pre-Owned vehicles. Wasted an hour of time only to find out they weren’t willing to work with us on price, despite the car being a former rental (30k mi in 1yr) and having numerous scratches. Pathetic. Disappointing. There are hundreds of much better dealers to buy from

When I visited this establishment today I was unsure of whether I wanted to trade or purchase. But ultimately I decided to do both and I really feel like my salesperson Alec Brown gave me all the necessary tools to make this decision all on my own without making me feel pressured or somehow obligated the way salespersons typically do. He's a 10/10 salesperson. I received good value for my trade and I got an amazing deal on a vehicle that I wanted. I'm very happy to have worked with someone who is very knowledgeable about all the products and the cars on the lot an ultimately helped me get into something reliable and suitable for my family. Alec thank you for your kindness and professionalism. I recommend anyone reading this to go see Mr. Alec Brown and let him help you get into your next vehicle.

I purchased my new 2024 Mazda3 Turbo Hatchback through Kayla, and I have to say that it was one of the most pleasant car shopping experiences that I have ever had. Kayla is extremely professional and personable, and I never felt pressured into making any decisions that I didn’t want to make. I went in wanting to buy a CX30 but left with a car that wasn’t even on my radar, and I am loving it! Thanks Passport Mazda for the amazing experience and nice ride ?

The oil change went well as usual. But they wanted to charge for back brakes $715 and $175 for new brake fluid. I went to Mr. Tire and paid $683 for new back brakes and an oil flush together.

Update: My experience has taken a turn for the worst! My temporary tags expired over a month ago 7/15/24 and it’s almost September I have yet to receive my hard tags or any communication in regards to when I should receive them. I’ve called at least 6 times and was told the tags would ship out and arrive on 8/16/24 which didn’t happen and no one has an answer or an idea as to where the tags are or when they were shipped out!! The state of Georgia is now threatening to suspend my drivers license and insurance due to my vehicle not being registered with the state! Yes, they’re friendly but the care and customer service seems to end once they make their sale!
I had a great car buying experience with Passport Mazda. My sales representative Kamau was very knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly patient! I’m a very indecisive person by nature and he had no problem helping me with SEVERAL vehicles before I made my final selection.

My husband and I did not end up purchasing a car here, but we still really enjoyed working with Earl Stewart. He took over our account for another person and we were so lucky because he was incredibly warm, informative, and personable. It was overall a positive experience for us!

I own a 2021 Mazda CX-5 that I purchased at Priority Mazda (now closed), and this was my first time bringing my vehicle to Passport. The initial reason I went to Passport was because my vehicle was part of an engine valve stem settlement (not recall) issue which Ourisman and Safford dealerships bluntly stated they would not fix until the low oil alert occurred again – which would have required putting thousands of miles on my vehicle just to trigger. Priority Toyota, which still provides oil changes for life for the former Mazda dealership, did not even return my emails or calls to say whether could or would address this issue – safe to say I will be only going there for free oil changes and nothing else.
Passport (specifically Service Advisor Thanwa) without hesitation took in my vehicle with a day’s notice to conduct the repair as I already had a history of low oil, and my VIN was part of settlement. I received a loaner for the week required to conduct the extensive repair and when I picked up the vehicle noticed smoke coming from the engine after only driving a few miles. I immediately returned it to Passport and Thanwa ensured any workmanship errors would be rectified, which they were. I also had a steering wheel clock spring and AC issue pop up, whether related or not, was resolved as well – all under warranty. Jennifer, the Service Manager, reached out to me to ensure all issues were resolved and that I was satisfied with the final repairs which demonstrated their excellent customer service.
What stood out most to me was not only the service team addressing all the issues, but when a technician had made an error (mistakes happen), they took accountability and ensured timely resolution. Based on this experience I would not hesitate to have my vehicle serviced at Passport for any issues in the future, whether for maintenance or repair.
