I worked with Greg Chery, He was super friendly and on top of every detail! I was given a great price on the car I was buying and an equally great value for my trade in.
I don't live close to Passport BMW but I will go there to buy my next car.

Yesterday we had really good experience buying 5 series at this dealership.
Spent 4 hours to get there from Philly. Peter, the salesperson person, arrange Uber from Union station to the dealership. Car was almost ready.
Milos, one of the Manager, arranged final car preparation .
All services were very polite, respectful, efficient and convenient.
Even lunch was offered to us!
The finance Manager, Jeff, provided amazing customer service, me and my son enjoyed making business with him.

Recently bought a used X3 from this location. Carlos Creamer was super helpful, kept us appraised at each step of the process, and was overall a delight to work with. Howecer, we waited way too long for the business manager to finalize the deal. As in, we waited for an hour after handing over the check for the car, which is baffling, but Carlos was great. Would come back.

I've been looking on-line for a used BMW for over a yr. When Samuel called me to get specifics on what I was looking for I told him I'm very particular about what I want. He assured me he would find my dream car. Sure enough, a few months later he did!! We went through my check list, it had everything. Until he found the car, he didn't try to talk me into something less than what I wanted. I couldn't believe it!!He was so friendly, informative, honest and most of all PATIENT. I'm a senior citizen and he offered to drive the car to me. I would never buy another car from anybody but Samuel. Samuel was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!!!!!! I would recommend him with TEN stars!!!!!

Ally was so amazing . She was able to get my car covered through my extended warranty when they were giving us push back. She was very profession through the whole process and didn’t let up on the situation until it was ruled in our favor. I highly recommend Ally as your next service advisor. This was my first car purchase, and it couldn't have been smoother. I rarely write reviews, but Carlos—my salesman—went above and beyond. He brought the car to test drive in Virginia on short notice. He knew the car inside and out, was honest about everything, and didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. Honestly, he should do tutorial videos for the cars. I would watch them even if I didn't own the model!
The store itself was going through renovations, but the temporary office was alright.

I'm late with this review, I originally purchased a vehicle in June, but I really wanted to express the great experience I had purchasing my first BMW from Passport a 2021 BMW 750i and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process.
From the moment I met Carlos he was professional and friendly, as well as Michael Williams. Jordyn Worme, a true BMW Genius who was absolutly outstanding and out did herself. Mandy in service was great in assisting me as well. The whole transaction was incredibly smooth.
For anyone in the market for a BMW, I highly recommend Passport BMW and specifically Carlos Creamer for his dedication and expertise.

Honestly my car buying experience started off rough.. my first salesperson Peter was very rude and lack customer service skills. Peter told me the Passport BMW had to profit $1,500 to $3000 on my trade.. that the dealership was a business and not a Non-Profit nor a charity. That i should take my car somewhere else.. never offered any solutions. Delivery and mannerism was horrible.. as I was ready to leave I decided to ask for the sales manager to leave my feedback. Milos the sales-manager listened to my feedback, went above and beyond to help with working out the numbers on my trade and got me a news sales consultant. Christopher Sparrow. I did make the purchase and could not be happier with the car. Chris was one of the best sales consultants I've ever dealt with. Very patient, respectful, knowledgeable and communicates with you before and after your car purchase.
Please go look for Christopher for your new car.
Also, Used Car Director was very honest and upfront with the purchase and toke care of an issue I had with the car before taking delivery.
Finally, Danny and Dominque in service were awesome and highly recommend checking them out as well.

OMG I went to Passport BMW to get service on my vehicle and decided to walk over to the sales department. As soon as I saw Greg Chery, he aske me if I needed assistance and I told him that I was interested in looking at a new vehicle. Greg took the time to show me what was available on the lot and what I could get as a pre-order for cars that were not yet in. Greg was patient, as I had lots of questions, and needless to say, I walked away with a beautiful 2024 BMX X3. Greg was awesome every step of the way.

I feel scammed?? Passport is the only place my vehicle has been serviced at. Ive done all the recommened maintence service needed to my vehicle. I go in for a simple routine maintence oil change, and now im being told my coolant is leaking. Guess what?? YOU need to replace your whole coolant system????. How did this happen? its a 2019 x3? YOU should have done a coolant flush. I DID!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Looks like the preventive maintence work didnt work in my favor.
