Rating is specific to Ms. Regina White: we are really grateful for Ms. Regina, especially because we genuinely appreciate communication. A lot of management folks don’t realize that if something can or cannot be done, residents just need to be informed transparently and in a timely manner. Ms. Regina has been responsive, communicative, and helpful throughout the leasing, move-in, and settling in process and we genuinely appreciate it!

The property is beautiful - the grounds are well-kept, the neighborhood is safe, the units are spacious, and the MAINTENANCE team is always friendly.Don’t believe the previous post about the friendly staff in the leasing office and working with them “for years” as Bozzuto took over this property LESS THAN 2 years ago. There are 1, maybe 2, people in the leasing office with impeccable customer service— the other women aren’t very pleasant and don’t greet you upon entering the office, they’re very standoffish and nonchalant. The weird energy received when prospective tenants view the property is the same negative energy you’ll receive when you become a resident. For the amount of money we pay to live here you would expect a more welcoming leasing office team.We also no longer have access to some of the amenities we pay for when the leasing office is closed (ie. the fitness center and the basketball court), which makes no sense for working residents. Even taking your children to the playground after hours is an inconvenience as you can no longer access the clubhouse restrooms if you’re on that side of the property.With the previous management company, the amenities were always accessible, the staff were very professional and friendly, and always followed up, and the previous staff always had resident events that helped bridge the gap between staff and tenants.*Added after company response:Thank you for your response to my post - as listed our fobs DO NOT work after hours. When I inquired with the leasing agent, the leasing agent responded it’s closed when the leasing office is closed via in person and on the phone.

A burst of joy is all i can say, to walk into the leasing office and be greeted well and be paired with Regina White was an absolute delight. She not only made sure i got some steps in for the day, lol, so love that, she presented the property well and explained with details, and answered my many questions ;-). What i appreciated about my encounter was Bozzuto ensures you meet your match and that shows quality, MetroPlace at Town Center, is a hidden gem with and amazing team. Kudos to them for hiring amazing people like Regina aka Gina to me! Felt right at home.

The apartment was actually very nice. Me and my partner toured the 2 bedroom upgraded unit, it was spacious and the closet space was amazing. However the service I received from the office/ Ms. Gina the property manager made my decision easy. During the tour there was no conversation or time to talk about the apartment afterward, no eye contact, and no welcoming greeting. It felt rushed and unwelcoming. There was very little information given only the packet to look at after the tour… the service can be way better at-least make the tour feel welcoming. I really wanted to apply but I like to think the way you are treated from the beginning it will continue throughout the time being.

Let me start off by saying if you are currently looking for a great location to live you can stop the search now. Mrs. Regina was amazing & a great listener when she escorted me on my tour.Mrs. Regina went above & beyond to assist me with my moving process and I will forever be thankful for her! Mrs. Regina is very knowledgeable of her job and you can tell she care a lot about the residents. Keep up the good work!

The apartment wasn't bad at all. However the service I received from the admin in the office made my decision extremely easy. During the tour there was little to no eye contact, a lot of pointing and waiting as we searched on our own. It felt very rushed and unwelcoming. There was very little information given, outside of receiving a packet, and being instructed to "look online".

Where do I start? So I relocated from New Jersey to Metroplace at Town Center back in 2020. I recently moved out after 3 1/2 years of residency here only because I needed more space but more importantly to place my kids in a better school county. Management staff especially Trina Goodman has always been professional, compassionate, upstanding and understanding. The Maintenance staff as well. If I didn’t have kids I would’ve have stayed. Top tier rental complex. Will miss this community.

This has been the worse moving experience of my life car towed twice unexpected charged 40 to pay your rent. have to climb 4 flights of stair if I was shown where I was living before move in date I would have moved there was very hard getting furniture in home. and to make matters worst could not bring the move in truck in garage the charges are crazy here parking , trash I take my own trash instead of leaving it in front of my door for someone else to carry out. this is not what expected at all. I was shown my apartment 2 days before move in date. rent quote 1565 paid 1642 almost a 100 difference may not be a lot to you but I have other bills and on a budget I see why people keep moving out or get put of this property.

I had the pleasure of meeting Regina at Metro Place at Town Center Apartments. She showed me an apartment, and I must say it was a great experience considering I did not have an appointment. Regina was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the property. She answered all my questions thoroughly and made me feel at ease throughout the entire tour. Her enthusiasm and passion for the property were evident, and it truly helped me to get a sense of what it would be like to live here. Thank you, Regina! You rock!!

I have enjoyed living at MetroPlace for the last 3 years. The office staff is amazing!! They are very responsive, respectful, professional and welcoming. Trina Goodman (Property Manager) does a great job on making sure that all of our needs as tenants are met in a timely manner. I definitely appreciate her follow up calls and emails!!

I’ve enjoyed living here for 2 years. Micah, Regina, and Lem are very helpful and do their absolute best to resolve any issues that I may have. The resident manager (Trina) was very instrumental in making sure the transition of new management was as seamless as possible. She’s always approachable and ready to assist the tenants. I appreciate their efforts to ensure our community is a pleasant and save place to live.

I have been living at MetroPlace for they last three years and have to say that I appreciate the office staff. The entire management team is dependable and understanding. They respond to their renters' worries and work to resolve problems as soon as they arise. The property manager Trina Goodman is a manager who is willing to lend a hand and spend time getting to know her renters in the neighborhood. She also is always accessible and will follow up to make sure the tenants needs are met.
