“I don't care where I try and shop I always end up back at Giant... Growing up this is the only grocery store my aunt would shop at... I got it honest..Update July 17,2025 Giant on Allentown rd in the deli department are not friendly. Customer service is not good. I think bill just start going to the Giant on 210 it’s better.”
“The staff are always friendly and fast. I left CVS because they were terrible. Always a line down the aisle and moved slow only to get the the counter and my prescription isn't ready after it was sent to them 4 days prior. Nope! I will stick with Giant.”
“It's a good store, although the customer service is terrible. I always look for the same cashier because the others are super terrible, I have also seen one of the managers ask the cashiers about some boxes of products and respond rudely in front of the customers. I like shopping there but I think they should pay more attention to customer service.”

“No. Still out of sodas summit brand over a month now. Still out of banana nut muffins. Just an example of items they always take forever to restock. Cookies,peanut butter cups, ice cream,choc. Doughnuts, 98cent salads. YOU NEED MORE. They sell out because of their great prices.”
