I had an awesome experience. The whole team was very interactive and helpful. They are encouraging and supportive. They listen to your needs and try to provide different options. They stay the course and get the job done. They are efficient and capable. I had a very poor credit score. They were able to work with it and get me in a 2020 Kia Soul, without run my credit numerous times. I am grateful for their time and patience. I highly recommend them! MC was my sales rep and did an awesome job. They all deserve five stars! Thanks again guys! ?

My total experience with Enterprise was awesome. Starting with my car rental to buying a car. Sales Rep M.C. at the Suitland Silver Hill location called me and promised to get me in a car the next day and she did. I arrived with the rental car and left with a really nice car. I love it. I had nothing but a great experience dealing with the staff at Enterprise. From the time my wife went online to inquire about purchasing a car to me walking into the shop to talk with someone the staff was very pleasant and helpful. My only problem is I don't know how to access the free 3 month Sirius radio. ?

I had a great experience with Enterprise Car Sales. There was a little hiccup during the process but they were more than willing to resolve the issue. Everyone was very helpful and informative. I definitely will be back when I shop for another vehicle and will be recommending them to anyone I know who is car shopping.

I have worked with Jason Walker for several car transactions and have been very pleased with his service. My most recent purchase started with Jason and ended with Mo, Kelly, Andrew, Sherman, Anny and Caleb. After hours of searching, test driving, starting at Jason’s location, I ended up purchasing a car from the Rockville, MD location. I was driven from Suitland Park Maryland to Rockville, Maryland to pick up my new/used car.I’m very satisfied with the service I received at both locations.Thank you ALL!

This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had.... (buying a car)All of the sales people were polite, knowledgeable, patient, very kind, and had a sense of humorThe 3 gentlemen I worked with specifically took time explaining the details of the sale, the functions of the car.They didn't try to overtalk me or give me "man-sers"("MAN-SERS" answers given by men to women to shut women up) (lol)I highly recommend the Enterprise Car Sales on Auth Road in Camp Springs, MDJo Proctor

Only giving two stars bc Ryan my sales person was excellent. However my complaint comes in after the sales. I went to the office on 4/27 just before my temp tags expire on 4/29 to get an extension on my temp tags. They told me my perm tags were delivered 3/30. I requested the tracking and FedEx advised me my tags were delivered to DC DMV mail office. Long story short, no one at the dealership on the day I drove the car off the lot told me that I needed to take my car to DC inspection first. On 4/28 I take my car through inspection and then try to contact Regina at the Suitland office to get an extension on my temp tags as well as get the refund back if what I prepaid at time of sale. Regina NEVER called me … she emailed to say she’s in a morn mtg and will call me but never did. Meanwhile I’m calling anyone & everyone that would listen at several Enterprise car sales locations. Bottom line, they need to get rid of Regina … she’s horrible management bc even when I went to the office she never lifted off her azz to come out the office to at least act concerned about my issue. When she did call me back that was only after i emailed her AGAIN and her excuse was bc she was told someone had already spoke to me and only one person at a time can handle a request. As good leadership she should have still returned me call at best to check if things were resolved. I noticed her lazy mgmt skills when i purchased the car … she never once greeted herself or even congratulated… she remains stuck in the office … no people skills AT ALL. It’s horrible and I will never buy another car from there again. They get the sale then leave me hanging to drive around with almost expired tags. It would have been soooo simple if they had properly addressed my issue when I went to them the first time and avoided this bad review. I’ll be also writing corporate. I’m only giving two stars bc I do have a nice ride and Ryan (sales rep) was great.

Getting the car was easy, Ryan was very helpful.My complaint come after leaving the lot.1. Ryan told us they would order our rubber floor mats and call us to pick them up when they arrived (as of 4.17, past 30 days,we have heard nothing)2. Our temp paper plates have expired. I called and a man said to come in and they would give us an extended paper plate because the real plates haven't arrived. I drove in, waiting 45 min for them to say they couldn't do that. So now I'm driving on expired plates.3. They said the plates and a check were mailed to us already. We have not received any mail from them. Also what is this check for? I bought a car from them with no trade in. I feel like someone didn't do their job in time to send our stuff in and now we are o the hook to figure it out.4. I have tried to call the main line - no answers.I have tried to call the number they gave me for Marina who is supposed to know what the status is of my plates.- no answers.5. While I was waiting in the seating area, two sales guys came over and gave two different people the news that they were denied by the banks.... if that were me and you did that in front of people I didn't know, you would have gotten an ear full. Take them to a more private area to talk.

The sales team of Sherman and James Waggener were both amazing. They spent a lot of time sharing the details of the maintenance practices of their cars as a standard policy at Enterprise. Also, how the vehicles that are sold by Enterprise directly are the best of the best with the remainder sold as wholesale to other activities. They expedited a van I was interested in, stayed late after hours as I looked over the van and processed the paper work. The business model at Enterprise is no pressure and the entire time I know the information offered was true with no pressure tactics. I highly recommend one of their vehicles knowing it was well maintained and the condition was obviously in very clean condition. Plus the Car Fax information demonstrated it was in fact a car that had not had any issues or accidents. Five stars for a pleasant experience and excellent van.

I really appreciated all of the knowledge, feedback and assistance from both James and James, as well as Sherman. These gentleman were awesome and hilarious. The process was smooth in my opinion, they were willing to work with me and my situation. I've already recommended this Enterprise and this team to atleast a few dozen of people. Thank you all again.
