I let thd manager know that the associate’s breathe stank. She said that’s not nice to say. Ma’am, I am telling you so you do your job and leg him know. Frfr he may not know, and can possibly have a health issue causing it that he is unaware of. If you see something say something. 2/10.

really i have to wait 10 days for my medications because they are out of stock. It is ridiculous. They are medications for a condition that many people have. I will have to change pharmacies.

I am truly glad that I swithched my pharmacy from Branch Ave Clinton, to CVS Allentown Road. Totally different atmosphere. after many many many years I finally got fed up of the condescending attitudes of not all but most of the pharmacist and employees at the pharmacy register. Enough is enough. The counter assistance to the pharmacist 2 new ones now to I believe he maybe a manager or assistant. His name is Terrell. I will ever be grateful for his attitude. I am going through some walking issues and I was using the basket to help me as I was walking thru the store. when finished shopping I started gathering my packages and to put the basket back in place. Terrell walked up and said you can leave your packages in the basket and take it out to the parking lot and ill get the basket. What a great relieve that was and help to me. Indeed as I was driving off he came and got the basket. Great customer concern and service. Thank you Jacquie McC.

The lead pharmacy Baldwin meneane is lazy. I came to pick up my prescription and as I was paying, I noticed they had not applied my insurance. When the pharmacy tech - very courteous- told me to verify with the pharmacist Baldwin stated we go on lunch in 5 mins she needs to come back after 2. I ended up just paying for my prescription but he needs customer service training.

This is a wonderful pharmacy! I give them my highest rating. I have no idea of the previous experiences that garnered a low rating, but during my repeated visits, this pharmacy is helpful and extremely caring of its patrons. We are lucky to have them serving our community.

I received a message informing me that my prescriptions were ready for pickup, only to find that they not only did not have the prescriptions in question but they also had my account information incorrect. The staff barely spoke and offered no assistance or solutions.

Whoever in charge in CVS pharmacy in Camp Spring, pls take a look at the customer service or how they do business with people who needed service. My husband was calling the pharmacy to hold his meds but the person who answer the phone hangup on him. Put you on hold for so long for nothing.
