Been using this laundry facility for 3 months no complaints until today. For whatever reason today I come back into the building to put my clothes in the dryer and someone literally stole my entire laundry basket. Like why would you steal someones laundry basket. They need someone there from the time they open to the time...

I’m here now and all my clothes were stolen. I go to give them a call and there’s no one here to talk to. The phone rings inside the room with no one here to answer until closing. Terrible service
