Service is proficient and accurate. Black Owned & Operated. I will never go anywhere else. Plus I love the annual holiday cards, calenders and PENS. ???

Bad customer service. The only thing they were prompt about was asking for a payment method. This company processed my paperwork without receiving my direct deposit information, and had my refund sent via mail, to an address that isnt my mailing address(What type of service is that?). I complained and of course no one returned my calls or responded to my emails. Don't use this company, pay fees to someone who cares if you're satisfied.
