The produce is rotting I picked up a bag of oranges and my finger went right through them I touch six bags and they was all rotten I didn't go any further check your produce before you take it out of the store check everything now

Their workers are just as nasty as their bathroom. Bathroom had no soap.
And the girl skinny girl that wears
A hat with the backbrace needs to take time off. Her attitude is nasty. She claimed to be trying to get our attention waiting in the line, never said anything or had her light on. Someone pointed to her saying that her line was open, as I was putting my stuff on the belt, she was slamming my items and sucking her teeth. Then my partner went to grab the waters so she could scan them she said with a nasty attitude “don’t put your water up here”. He wasn’t, he saw she had a back brace on and figured it would be easier for her to scan so
She wouldn’t have to bend over. Then after paying and giving our change, I just went to try to slide the cart down because another customer was standing there trying to pay and the cart was slightly blocking her. She yanks the cart back and said “cart stays here”. I wasn’t trying to take the cart away but just move it down a little so the other customer could pay and my boyfriend could grab the rest of our stuff.

RUDE. Today I had to leave the Camp Springs location without the purchases I selected on my lunch break because of the disrepect the cashier treated me and other customers with. Walking up to the line I hear a cashier say to a couple that they can come over to her line. Their items were already on the belt in the lane beside hers. I waited to see if they were going to go over and when they did not, so i did. The cashier began picking up items from around the lane and me and said "rude." I ignored this. Then when she walked away from the register I realized she must have been talking to me. I asked her if she was referring to me being rude when she was the one who walked away from her register after inviting customers over. She said she did not invite me, she pointed to the couple and said she the invited them. I don't know why they would have recieved preferential treatment because we had about the same number of items. The line for the only lane open grew larger as she continued to dally to spite me. I had been choosing to shop this location that is not the closest to my home in search of a better shopping experience. Because of poor customer service, Camp Springs Aldi has just been added to my do not shop list. Sad.

Needs to work on customer service ND proper greetings to customers and have more than one lane open with 20 people in line. This location needs to be evaluated and invest in biodegradable plastic bags

The staff that orders the products is always very angry, there have been several times that I cannot find a vegetable and when I see a man who is putting out vegetables I ask him in a good manner if he is going to put what I am looking for and very angry he tells me no and with He looks angry and turns around and leaves. We are not to blame for their problems and anger. If they don't like the job, look for another one and the administration of the aldies should pay attention to these types of angry people and change the staff. because that's how all the aldies are with that orderly staff?
