Definitely NOT the place 2 go or work. Hands down, worked under the rudest and most disrespectful manager in my 31 years of living. Had me work in the store BY MYSELF ON THE 1ST DAY. Plus never got paid, and threatened me by pressing charges. Called corporate and they said I was never in the system so I can't get paid. Inbox me and I can personally show you prove of the things that went on.

I just want to say that Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the morning is the best time to come, the morning people are so friendly and never have an attitude when I come, When it's busy they move the line so fast that it wasn't really busy. Great service need more people like those 2 gentlemen.

I love whoever took the time to organize the coffee station in the photo Very thoughtful and aesthetically pleasing! You deserve a raise for your level of detail!Decent snack selections, friendly staff, and Slurpee machine works more often than other locations. Love the cold food choices for a quick bite but I always seem to miss the hot food when it's fresh. Keep the taquitos stocked and ready please!

The cultural staff here are told don't allow customers to use reward points with their phone numbers because it may save them money on some purchases so they try to clear the screen before you notice it. Contact corporate if this is you....

I use to live 2 blocks away from this 7/11 from 1962 to 1973 the area around it was my paper route for The Washington Post. This 7/11 holds many good memories for me! I remember bringing glass bottles in to return that we found getting from 0.02 to 0.05 cents per bottle so leaving the store with a bag full of candy for a buck! The store was a hangout for local friends and friends who worked the Morning Side Fire Department across the street being the #1 VFD for many years in a row late 1960s and through the 1970s. Watching the "May Day Parade" Celebration of the return of Spring that started at the 7/11 and going up Suitland Road to the VFW Grandstand every May 1st with high school bands, Scouts, Firetrucks, churches and floats. I stopped by recently glad to see it was still a 7/11! The name derived from being open from 7am to 11pm for those to young to know that stores weren't open 24/7/365 like the present! I was sadly disappointed that 50+ years later the store is dirty, dated, and a far cry from what it once was although the person working there was friendly! Perhaps if everyone took a little more pride in their neighborhood then maybe the local business could be more appealing to help revitalize the community with better services being a "Win-Win" for everyone in the area!

Ever been in a store that seems to ALWAYS have slow service even with multiple cashiers present and few customers???? This is that kind of store!! Be prepared to waitUPDATE: Store has cashier always at register and wait is not excessive as before!!

The store is clean and the cashiers are friendly until you want to use your 7-11 rewards. I visit this 7-11 on a daily sometimes twice daily basis to get coffee so you might consider me a regular customer. I've built up over 9000 points that I finally decided to redeem. Because this process is foreign to me, I asked the male cashier how to redeem my points. He then asked the manager who showed me how to redeem the points. After some back and forth, I was finally able to cash in on my points (9/2). My purchase left me with a balance of a little over 2100 points. Today (9/3) after a three mile walk, I decided to redeem 2000 of the points for Perrier water and this is where things go wrong. I clicked the redeem button and asked the cashier to scan the barcode on my phone. When he scanned it, it showed that I had a balance due. I explained to him that the water should be free according to the terms and conditions of the coupon. The cashier asked his female associate who had an unpleasant attitude for help. She simply kept saying I didn't have enough points to redeem the Perrier even though the coupon was in the redeemed file. We went back and forth and she ended the conversation by saying " I mean it's nothing I can do. These are computers. Sorry. " Her response was totally unacceptable. I asked her if the manager or owner was available and she replied "I am a manager. This whole transaction turned me off. I earned those points and deserved to use them. Instead, they were stolen by lazy incompetent employees. If they were new I'd understand, but they've been working at this store longer than I've been a customer. Something else I've experienced at this store is they don't like to honor posted 7-11 deals as through the money is coming out of their pocket. They had a BOGO deal on Snapple in July. One of the managers tried to convince me that I misunderstood the deal even though it clearly said BOGO. He removed the deal from his store and never replaced it. I will no longer patronize this location which sucks as it is only 3/10 of a mile from my home and the cleanest 7-11 that I've been to in PG County. Something else I've noticed is I am not the first person this has happened to. I remember hearing customers going back and forth with the cashiers about the ability to use their points

I wish there was a way I could give less than one star!! The late night staff there particularly esso He didn’t have any good customer service or communication skills!! And when I had asked for the managers number or email he flat out refused to give it to me!!!
