I went into Verizon with intentions to change my service to t-mobile very frustrated with my service with Verizon. After a hours my rep Star telling me everything that was wrong with my account not only did I leave with a new tablet but I also left with a Brand New IPhone and a Happier Customer with knowledge of my account!! Great Customer Service and attention to detail. Will refer and return to this location!!
