Wednesday night Sept. 4th At 11-11:30 pm I purchased the so called world famous 10 pc chicken for 15 dollars for my family dinner . Once I got home I open the sealed bag to find out that the white female cook that was on duty that Wednesday night had only put legs and thighs in my bag there wasn’t any wings or breast to give us a mix of chicken sections . Plus the chicken tasted like old cooking grease and it was soggy as if it sat around for awhile .. the fact I smelled old grease as I walked in the store should of been a red flag for me to not to buy anything from over there . The whole entire smell transferred to my bag as I got a whiff of the store all over again when I was home, awful. Plus the cashier was aloof trying to play the use the self check out because I’m too busy routine she finally came to her senses and checked me out. Ultimately I ate the only options that was given (leg and thigh) and to my surprise I got a mouth full of soggy grease that started my stomach to bubble ..won’t do that again

Everyone in the store from manager to the cashier and the guys in the deli where all nice and friendly i had to wait on my chicken but the service was so good i didnt even mind the wait i was greeted and spoken to by all emploiess work good job managenent its hard to pull off what you have in your store keep it up please i will be back for sure

An employee or possibly another patron skimmed my card info. I thought it was odd all pumps said to pay inside. I was contacted by my bank immediately as someone tried to purchase an international phone card after using my card at this location.

The truth is, these workers here are immune to cleaning, the bathrooms are disgusting ? and the oil for frying chicken is stale, it doesn't change everything, everything is old, nothing is fresh, this is a total garbage dump, they only pass on the phone until it's loaded, it's the same.

Called in to ask if they were open because wawa was closed due to an incident in town. The lady who answered was ignorant and rude as can be. I'll never give royal farms my business due to her attitude. There's plenty other stores.

Stopped just before noon on April 30, 2024. Men's room was closed for maintenance. Women's room sink was out of order. After leaving the women's room, an older gentleman outside in the lobby asked me if the women's room was empty and I confirmed it was. I told him I'd stand outside for him and he gratefully went in. A lady who was working came rushing over angrily and yelled, "No men permitted to be in the women's room." She then opened the women's room door and yelled loudly into the room, "No men are allowed in here. You have to go down the street to Hardee's." I was mortified, and mortified on behalf of that man who was just trying to take care of business.
Embarrassing customers that have health concerns you don't know about. Completely inadequate, broken bathrooms full of flies. Are you sending male employees across the street? Are no employees washing their hands?
We will never be back.

Carmel was at the register. Very nice and friendly. I hate having to come into stores and work their registers for free when you don’t want to hire me at decent pay and decent hours that you could pay your bills
