I attended the "Cambridge Ice and Oyster Festival" and was lucky enough to find "Bonnies Seafood Shack & Raw Bar." Its steam, crack, and Peel on wheels Hey hey hey! This is Hoopers Island new Seafood catering truck. The cream of crab soup was over the top good and kept our hands warm on the coldest January day. The pretzel with crab and cheese was incredible and the taste was just like the street vendors in NY. The pretzel was steamy and hot with the distinct smell of charcoal. just the way I like it! It was so good. If you see this food truck, you have to get the cheesy crabby pretzel! The peel and eat shrimp were so fresh and steamed perfectly. Thank you for coming to the "Ice and Oyster fest"! I look forward to seeing you at more Eastern shore festivals and events!

Had the pleasure of trying out their grilled oysters at the Westminster oyster stroll and they are incredible! Seriously we skipped all of the other oysters and went back and got another 2 dozen. The staff were great, the nicest people. And honestly these oysters are to die for.

Unabsolutely fantastic find!!! aside from the fresh seafood that you can get in their retail store, they also specialize to the local oyster farmers providing seed oysters for commercial applications as well as the home oyster gardener. I would highly recommend this for anybody.

Wow! The oysters just arrived! The ice packs are still icy—one almost still a solid block. Thank you! Thank you so much! I have my recipes ready. I love them fried.I am originally from Cambridge, on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Living in the desert, as I do now, it's been years since I've been able to enjoy a plate of fried oysters. The oysters were delicious! I ate a half pint myself. The first batch I ate standing at the kitchen counter—bachelor-style. For the second batch I sat down at the table and relaxed.I froze part of the 2nd pint in small containers of the liquid so I could enjoy oysters several more times over the next month.
