Working out used to just be something that I had to get done, but never enjoyed. Now thanks to the constantly varied workouts, the enthusiastic coaches, and the wonderful group of people encouraging me every step of the way, it has become a way of life for me. I look forward to my classes, I have made a whole new group of friends and I have achieved things I never thought possible. I honestly can't say enough good things about them.

I've visited Five Fold Fitness early this Fall. I have been CrossFitting for almost a decade now and this gym was one of the best CrossFit experiences I've had. Mike Hurley was the instructor at the time. Very attentive to all the athletes regardless of their experience level.

Hated exercising but always had a gym membership for those rare days I actually felt like doing it. I joined the 6 week challenge at Five Fold CrossFit 3 months ago and haven't looked back. I lost weight, defined my muscles and made friends. I love this gym. The coaches are so encouraging. The coaches along with the other people in the class have welcomed me with open arms and always make me feel like I can move mountains. I have a CrossFit gym closer to where I live, but gladly drive a little longer to go to the Five Fold gym.

In the past 9 years of my time in Crossfit, I've lived the life of a Nomad. I've been a member to more boxes I can remember, coached a few athletes, and met so many awesome people in my journey. While I was living/working in Easton I went to Five Fold Crossift for about 6 months and this is what I experienced. If you want to get my bottom line, then skip my review to the last paragraph. Otherwise I'll break things down to the following: Coaching, Programing, Facility, Climate

Otherwise I'll break things down to the following: Coaching, Programing, Facility, Climate. These are the facets that make up a Crossfit gym. Coaching and staff: Michael Hurley is the owner and main coach of Five Fold. What I really like about Mike's coaching is how he keeps an eagle eye on his atheletes, his sharp eye to detail, and his ability to keep the class on track. He cares about every one of his atheletes and makes sure everone makes the best of their training session. Mike is extremely dedicated to his atheletes and it shows! Programing: This is the meat and potatoes that develop the athlete. Some boxes will lean towards movements like Olympic lifting and some will lean towards gymnastics or strength. The core of their programing it seems to me is primarily balanced the way it should be. Daily Wods involve Strength and Metcon that will challenge you. There is plenty of variety. Facility: The gym is a real Crossfit gym, If you're looking for polished room with fresh paint and shiny and polished equipment look elsewhere. It's a garage, just like the garage where Crossfit was developed and grew it's roots. Here, everything is used like it should be and all equipment is well maintained. Climate: Every Crossfit gym has a pulse, and Five Fold Crossfit is no exception. It's friendly here and everyone I've met here is very supportive. There is also a collection of awesome athletes so if you're looking for some friendly competition, you'll find it here. If you're curious about Crossfit and want to give it a try, or if you're a veteran athlete, and you want to be challenged then look no further. If you live in Cambridge, Easton or in the surrounding towns, it's a no brainer. You'll be very happy and it may help change your life!

I join the 6 weeks challenge and got the personal one on one training. I love the coaches, who I give a hard time every morning. But I love going!! The people are so kind and the workouts push me to be fit!! This was one of the best decisions, I made when moving was joining this gym. It is a great place and I recommend and talk about it with anyone who will listen. I love this gym.

Highly recommend for drop-ins. I dropped in to do 18.2 while staying at the Hyatt. The members in class made me feel very welcome. Michael the owner is a top-notch coach and was very responsive when I emailed to arrange the drop-in and judging.

Very nice place and so family oriented. I'm so glad that I chose to go there to workout. If you're looking for easy, don't go there.
