Double my insurance without notice. Never can get a hold of anyone, always have to leave a message with an assistant. Inconsistent on billing cycle it’s either the second week or the end of the month when they charge your account. ..Only time they contact you is when you missed a payment.Fed up with their service !

I called Traci one afternoon, looking for some quotes for new vehicle insurance. She responded very quickly & even had insurance in place & I.D cards emailed at 6pm!! Highly recommend calling this agency!!

Even though Bret is my nephew, I haven't always been able to get all of my coverage with him because of where my house was located. Well, my husband and I bought a new house in an area that Bret was able to cover and he beat the price of the insurance agency that has our old house and vehicles. We have had our motorcycles, camper and golf cart with Bret, but not our vehicles and house. So now, we have added the house with him, and we added a vehicle. The vehicle was cheaper than the competitor and today I got a notice in the mail that Farmers had sent me back $333.09 for my homeowners because we added a vehicle and we also got a credit on our motorcycles. When our old house sells, I will switch 4 move vehicles over to Bret.

This group is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and put you and your family first. They give great advice, so even if they can't beat what you're paying now, you leave a whole lot wiser about insurance. Everyone is very welcoming, and I've always been made comfortable during my visits to the office. How often does that happen at an insurance office, right? I love these guys! Keep up the great work
