Fast and courteous service. We have been loyal customers for 35+ years. Chuck and his staff are very attentive and accommodating. Large selection of medical products. We like the fact that you can call in for prescription refills 24 hours a day on their refill line. Outstanding feature. Our insurance company attempts to entice us change to a larger pharmacy but we will always resist the change because of the personal service we get at Craig's. Plus, we don't like to wait 2-4 days for prescription refills like you do at Walgreens, Rite Aid, CVS and Walmart.

For 2 months now I have been trying to get a new Cpap machine.My doctor sent a prescription by fax they said they didn't get it so he sent it by email they said they got it and was going to order my new machine and get approval from my insurance.I have called on 3 different occasions left voicemails with no return calls there seems to be no one there that can help me with my problem. There is nothing in my folder that says they have even ordered the machine. Very poor customer service if you ask me.

We have a Golden Technology lift chair. Yesterday, we were unable to get the chair to move with my Mother trapped in the chair. The power was shown to be working in the control, but no movement! I was worried. I called Craigs to speak to Nikki. Nikki was wonderful! She called the company while looking for a new control in the store. One was found, immediately delivered, changed out, and it worked! It was such a relief to know that we could get something taken care of so quickly. Thank you, Nikki!

This place sucks as a former employee!!! Management is horrible and they work you into the ground with no empathy, as long as they are making money. Beware of this company!!! To much work not enough employees!!!

I have been a customer of Craig's, not by choice, for over 7 years, purchasing all of my CPAP supplies from them every month. Over the last week I was lied to by multiple people at Craig's, as well as them lying to my Dr's office staff. They made excuse after excuse. My Dr sent them 2 prescriptions and when I called to have them filled and delivered, I was told that a prescription had never been received. So, they deliver my medical equipment, no medicine. The next day I find out from my Dr that Craig's had my prescription and someone from Craig's told them they had it the day before also. So, now, the delivery day for my area has passed and Craig's wants me, the patient with double lung pneumonia, to drive 2 hours round trip to get my medicine from them. They screwed up, they should have made a special delivery. Someone with pneumonia can't wait another week for meds and I'm not feeling up to that 2 hour drive. So, Craig's, you have lost my business. CPAP and otherwise. I'll take my business to Medi-Rents. They have better customer service!
