The movie projector malfunctioned before the movie started. The manager tried to resolve the issue. He was very apologetic and I received a refund and movie pass. I am very appreciative of the superb customer service. Thank you!

The movie stopped mid way and we sat and waited 15minutes for them to put it back further than we left off. They had technical issues. Was NOT pleased at all. Nice seats though.

They had movie technical issues. Had to wait 10minutes for them to get straight. Then the movie restarted in the wrong place. It was a mess. They gave free movie tickets tho for the inconvenience.

Friendly staff, small theater rooms, not crowded. However, it was freezing in the bathroom and cold in the theater. Everyone sat with their coats on throughout the entire movie.
