If I could give this bank 0 stars, I would. It has been nothing but problem after problem after problem since I opened my account 2 months ago. My card won't work and will decline transactions even if I have more than enough funds in my account, I went to take money out of both of my savings accounts, and the rep took both withdrawal amounts out of only one account, throwing my account into the negative. I had to transfer the money using my online banking to bring my accounts back to where they should be, then I sign on today and see ANOTHER withdrawal for my original amount came out of the account AGAIN, throwing my account over $800 negative AND they charged me a $32 overdraft fee for THEIR mistake. I tried to call the 800 number, but shocker...there is no Sunday customer service hours to correct this issue. They charge you $2 each time you try to transfer YOUR money between accounts as well. I was also awaiting a wire transfer, and they put a hold on it for 3-5 days because I'm a new customer even after was validated by the senders bank. Wire transfers with any other bank are almost immediate. Save yourself the trouble and bank elsewhere. This bank is nothing more than a huge headache and uncalled for stress. Im closing all my accounts come Monday.

This is the worst bank ever for customer service. We have been a customer at the California MD branch for approximately 2 years. They used to have the greatest people working here. They greeted you by name, smiled and were always friendly. Now no one knows your name, they never smile and they are rude. I have called corporate and complained about this site and have not seen any changes. It is apparent that corporate approves this kind of behavior by these employees. We are currently looking for another bank for personal and business accounts.

The two women at the counter were very rude. They did not know basic banking rules. When I asked to speak with their superior, they refused. I am very disappointed with this bank.
