Was talking to the manager trying to figure out where my doordash order was and why had it already been given to another person. Two of the people working the sandwich line chimed in saying I don't know what to tell you sir, it's already gone. We're not making it extremely rude. There was a reason why I was speaking to the manager and not some line cook. Bottom line, I had the customer on the other line telling me she had not yet received her food. I have an app telling me to pick up the food and I have two line Cooks telling me they're refusing to make it. I reported them to doordash cuz apparently the managers didn't want to do anything about it.

The bathroom is disgusting, especially the urinal, sink, and floor.

Usually have good stock on drinks and snacks compared to sheetz who is always out of stock or low on stock on energy drinks and other stuff. The staff is usually kind and friendly with a rare exception when you get a younger cashier who is rude and obviously hates their job.

Just stopped in to fuel, pump tires and get a sandwich. Air pump not working AGAIN. Much to my surprise my sandwich was filled with paper. That’s my last food transaction there.

I ordered a cheese quesadilla from there last night. It was dry and nasty. There was hardly any cheese on it. I was very disappointed with them. The only thing I will get from them will be gas and water from them now on.

I order food from this place more than anything else. Usually sandwiches after work. I will say 3 out 5 times is a miss with this place. It seems when guys (I'm a man so forget your politics for a moment) are working in the deli they always mess my food up. Toppings are falling off or just literally sitting on top of the sandwich made very lazily. Not to mention they forget to add my $2 bacon to the sandwich literally half the time making me lose my money for nothing. When there is women back there, I can always assume it will be quick, clean, and my food will be on point. I will come back to this and add photos when I can, but thankfully I'm moving so I'll have a new wawa to frequent. If management reads this, you need better employees back there. I went in today and I could smell they burnt something and it smelled up the entire store.For everyone else, do yourself a favor and go to some other wawa.
