Appointment Nov. 20, 2023: employees tell me they lost one of 4 tires I ordered. They installed tires on the wrong side of my car. Filled them to over 40psi and recorded on receipt it was 32psi. Still waiting on my refund for the tires I did refund. Employees were very unprofessional such as "what do you expect". My car drives weird and now I need to pay to go to an actual professional to see what else they messed up, stay tuned!

I've had 2 very bad experiences with Walmart now. I desperately needed new tires and could not afford them without using affirm( a credit line that can be used eith walmart). So I ordered new tires ( this after my car spun out in heavy rain). It takes a while just to get a pair of tires the system will accept for an appointment. Then I believe I'm all set, but oh no. Affirm charges it, and then my appointment gets canceled. I keep checking back, and my tires are seemingly in limbo with no way to cancel. I call the store multiple times, and they find other tires I can get, but they aren't really helpful. I was on hold for a long time multiple times. The employee even said, "remind me what we were talking about." The only good thing I can say is the technician was very nice when I finally got tires. I was also on hold/ spent 4-5 hours with Walmart because the manager could not cancel my previous order. A customer service rep couldn't get me a supervisor and gave me another number to call. I finally got someone who could help cancel my previous order and give me a refund. The store manager had no personality customer service wise, and I just said I have to call customer service. With something as important as tires/safety, I find this unacceptable. The previous experience wasted my time as well, as I returned an item in store from online and followed instructions. Then, later, they charged me two more times before I got it reversed. Walmart has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced, and I have 20 + years of customer service experience.

Nobody there. Tracked them down. All 6 in an aisle chatting while one slowly put up items. I asked for a mount & balance on a tire I ordered online (that wasn't in stock when I went to pick it up last week even though online they took my money and said tire there). It wasn't finished by the time I finished shopping the SuperCenter about 40 minutes. I told him nevermind and he still tried to charge me for it. The manager! Never again. Besides 2 cars in line and nobody in the Auto Center until I found them. Manager included.

Can’t thank Josh and Ryan enough for the help. Came in on a Sunday with a tire that was leaking from multiple locations along the bead. Ryan quickly dismounted the tire and identified the culprit… which was corrosion along the bead line. The corrosion was thoroughly removed and the areas were cleaned up. Ryan was then able to get the bead to seat properly with some bead sealant. Thanks again to the Walmart Auto Center crew….Top notch service!!

I am so disappointed in this place. Don't get me wrong, there are a number of good people working there, but the auto and tire department is hurting. They have no desire to assist you in what they have or recommend a alternative. The young at the register today had no motivation. If you don't like your job- move on.

Oil change, simple enough. Done way faster than other Wal-Marts I've been to! Price not too high. Cashier inside was very nice. Relatively clean place too.But yikes some of the guys in the shop (3:00pm-3:30pm on Jan 28, 2023) could do with some basic communication training and ego reduction (how do you have an ego here?). Instead of simply saying "thanks, your car is over there, towards the entrance, not the exit like you might assume", they watch us walk to the exit, let someone else tell us, and then are laughing at us like we are clueless. No communication when we got their either, such as maybe a "yes go ahead and pull up now" signal that pretty much every other service center intake-guy I've ever seen gives.Sorry you hate your job that much, but you don't have to be a jerk.10/10 have a good day.

Me and my husband went there about a week ago with a nail in our tire and almost immediately after they took it back they said it couldn’t be fixed and that they also didn’t have any tires that we’d have to order one. We knew they were just being lazy because they were all on their phones. We took it to another Walmart in Pennsylvania and they fixed it for 15 dollars. Do not waste your time, they will try to get your money!!

They never answer the phone I'm probably about 1 for 15 on that topic. So I always have to go in person to set up an appointment. The last three times I've been there the man behind the register is so slow. He has an accent that is hard to understand and isn't the least bit friendly. Every customer that walks away from him is visually frustrated. And usually I get comments like " Goodluck you're going to need it." Walmart is cheaper than most other places so I keep going back but it's to the point where it isn't worth it.

First off they never answer the phone when you try to call. Second I got an oil change and when I picked up my car, I heard a knocking sound and I had to take it back because they never put my under carriage back on. They gave me a receipt that had the wrong milage on it.Service: Oil change
