Worst service of any Verizon store I’ve gone to. I’m currently using a month-month plan I got through a Verizon store 3 months ago and I had questions for the employee as to a 3 month discount I showed her I received as loyalty on my text message from Verizon and the girl said she couldn’t help with prepay. She said I needed to go where I got the sim card through. Which was Verizon. I left rather than continue trying to explain to the ignorance of that employee. Verizon certainly has gone down hill. I’ll be switching service providers if this is the service I am expected to deal with in future.

I was being helped by Jerry totally great, but next to me was Paul getting so frustrated with an older lady which made me uncomfortable. Thankfully Brandon one of the managers came to help her and he was great and had the patience to explain to the lady what was happening. Sometimes for one not good person the whole company takes the fall, so I’m here to say, good on the good employees!

My phone was purchased and then taken home to transfer all the information. The phone would not work even when Verizon service was called. When I returned to the store they did get the phone working but never offered to help transfer. We sat and made sure everything transferred. The personnel did not check on us to see if we needed help for over 15 minutes. Eventually one of the workers asked in passing if it was still working. The lack of assistance and professionalism was extremely disappointing. When you have been a loyal customer for decades you expect service. You expect them to ensure your device is set up and functions properly. My next phone will not be with Verizon!

Went in to purchase a new phone. Was never checked in after waiting a bit, then they started checking people in who came in after. Terrible set up, memories of MVA in the 90s vibe smh

Walked into the store and was directed to take a seat at the desk and someone would sign us in. We proceeded to sit waiting for 30+ minutes, as several employees sat on their phones and joked around. It took so long we just looked up how to get what we needed, and left. Actually impressed how not helpful this place was.

Verizon has been nothing but simply a night mare. Started with opening my business account I was told a certain price for phones and lines and I agreed to it. Fast forward a day I still cannot log into my Verizon business app, so I call customer service which then I’m held on hold and bounced around different people for about two hours and finally my account gets fixed. But that is the beginning of this Scam that I have experienced because on the phone with customer service I am now informed that my bill is over $100 more than I agreed to per month. So then I call the billing department to where I am bounced around for three hours Of false hope and lies Telling me that they’ll get my stuff fixed before they just hang up or transfer me to someone new where then the process resets. I finally get on the phone with somebody where it Feels like I am starting to get some help an hour goes by and he says let me transfer you to my superior real quick where he then tells me To just go into the Verizon store After four hours total of lies on the phone, assuring me The issue will get fixed and just transferring me and hanging up on me and completely disrespecting my time. Tonight has been nothing but a total joke from customer service and being falsely sold on something I did not agree to. I’m hoping to go in and resolve this issue and getting the price that I was promised in store when buying the package. Because if not I’m immediately canceling my plan and taking my business elsewhere where. I have never been so disrespected and had my time wasted in such a unprofessional and disrespectful way until tonight.

Started off as a good interaction. Was dropping my phone off as a trade in. Decided I wanted to get a watch because of the new promotion, we ran into some issues and customer service had to be called the associate I was working with was super friendly. Things took a turn when the manager “kea” came over and asked some questions about the transaction, I answered her question and she got really rude and stated “I was talking to my associate not you!” At that moment I decided I would take my business else where and walked out. She was very rude, disrespectful and was just ugly in her attitude. I believe she was management which is really sad to hear. I was kinda hesitant due to this locations reputation but I can see why people call the management rude. Staff had a cool vibe tho and I appreciate the young lady that helped me.

I went in for an upgrade and MK was horrible. They have no customer service skills or any skills for this job at all. They sat me down and asked for the phone number then walked away without saying anything. They were gone for over half an hour and when they finally did come back they didn’t say anything at all. No apology or accountability from MK. They looked over at me multiple times with no associate helping me due to them walking off with no notice or warning. They were also making calls on their shift which is super unprofessional ESPECIALLY when ignoring a customer you’re supposed to be helping. Kerry was great and helpful after MK’s lazy “attempt” at helping.

The customer service and interaction was lackluster. The sales person was ill-tempered from the beginning. We continued with the transaction just to accomplish the task, but the experience was poor. Also, for a place that sells expensive items, the facility does not have a restroom for customers.

Every time I've been to this store I'm waiting for over an hour. I wonder if the other customers realize how long they been sitting here (no one has left) how hard is it to sell/buy a phone?

This place is amazing. They helped me and my family switch from AT&T! The vibe from the employees and the atmosphere is very upbeat! I loved they have modernized music and all seem energetic. I was astounded by how helpful they were when I didn’t understand the quotes. I will definitely be coming back to this location! Anyone one of the reps are amazing! If you’re looking for a new Verizon store this is the one to go to!
