I came into Verizon to research a more affordable cell phone plan. Day 1 of my pursuit I talked to Mr. Boss ( I don’t remember his first name.) He was very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and professional. Moreover he gave me many options to consider.Although I didn’t decide on a plan that day, I returned the next day and Kerry assisted me. He was charismatic andclearly explained precisely how my new plan worked.My experience with these two representatives was reassuring and positive . They represented exemplary customer service.Lastly, I need to mention that my recent online experience with the Verizon bot was horrible and brutal. Please go back and program your online bots to respond to humans in a humane way. I requested a customer service representative and it basically hung up on me twice.

I switched from Verizon to AT&T in December. I called and confirmed my final payment of $840 in February. On April 7th I received another bill for $163. I was told that my account was not deactivated until April. Verizon has the worst customer service in the world. I pay half of what I was paying, and I have more lines. AT&T will give you a much better deal.

I have been a Verizon customer for 32 years in February of 2022 I purchased a new I phone and was told they were out of stock and would mail me one in a few days.The phone never showed up and I went back to the store and they said they had one in stock.When I looked at my credit card charge they had billed me 2 times for one phone. I called customer service and they told me no problem and they would give me a credit on my account on the next statement. I was then charged for the one phone again on my auto pay and called again and was told they would credit me again the next month. They charged me again for the 4th time and I only bought one phone.Now it’s October 31 they owe me $3500 I call and go to the store every 2 weeks have spent from 9:30am to 4:30 pm on the phone with Verizon and was switched to 7 different managers and left on hold most of the day. I now am at the hospital with my wife and have had my service cut off 4 times in the last 2 months and continue to visit the Verizon store and spend all day never getting my credit. I have never paid my bill late in 32 years they have stolen $3500 from me and cannot get this resolved.I can’t believe this customer experience and it is truly the worst customer experience I have have ever had.. The store managers Chris at California,Md location have tried to get me a credit and so did Jason at Prince Frederick and unfortunately the store managers have no horsepower to help and have been very sympathetic and have tried to help have had the phone turned on.I have spent over 40 hours in Verizon stores and on the phone and still cannot get in touch to hold someone at Verizon accountable..

My wife preordered the zfold 3 about 6 months ago and because she wasn't home to sign for it Verizon canceled the order. She went in the store this past Friday and they had the phone in stock. She got the phone and after Verizon telling her that the phone was good to go. She left. The phone will not activate because when Verizon canceled the phone they put a lock on the account. She has been trying to get the phone activated since Friday. She has talked to 12 different people at Verizon and the phone still doesn't work. Verizon, you suck!!

Ordered an iPhone. It arrived. Went to get after I paid for it and was going into ship it to my family member. Tiffany there had an attitude and when I asked about promotion she took phone and walked away!

Previously when I needed phone service or new equipment I went to the Verizon outlet in Prince Frederick. but now that I've moved further south in Calvert county it makes sense to go to this location. Although you get typical Verizon service, this particular office has been minimized over the years and is now very tiny. Maybe 15 by 20 feet total. When we checked in I think they had three or four persons working and the store was packed with customers waiting for service. They logged us into the queue and it was about 15 minutes before one of the customer service reps could deal with us. Because it's such a small store they don't have very many products on display and absolutely no accessories. Our service rep Penny was great and really knew her stuff. Unfortunately the whole experience was unpleasant because of the cramped quarters and extreme noise level inside. Imagine standing in your living room with 4 or 5 customer service reps talking to 4 or 5 customers at the same time. It was so loud it was hard to concentrate on our own business. I think in the future I might go back to the Prince Frederick location because it is calmer.

I came to this store after a disastrous experience at a certified retailer. Unfortunately, my experience was no better here. Everyone is extremely polite, very friendly, highly knowledgeable and completely unable to help. After several visits, calls and multiple hours spent waiting while store personnel call the help center I was told the problem was resolved. I asked for the two phones I was trying to purchase to be mailed to me. Two weeks later, no phones, nothing on my account that anything has been done. Just another huge waste of time. I'll never trust a word from anyone employed by Verizon.

My phone kicked the bucket and I looked around town for the best price. I found my way into Verizon and the customer service was more than what I had expected. It's important to realize that there will be a wait if every employee is with someone. Upgrading your phone or fixing a problem with phones can take some time and each customer deserves the amount of time needed to solve their own individual problem. I was very pleased with my experience and will be recommending my friends and colleagues here for their cell phone needs.

Gerard is the best person here. He is not only knowledgeable on the products but he is able to deliver the best customer service, with immense patience and attitude. I was looking to upgrade my iPhone 6 and he provided all the options with details and carefully explained how the process works. He answered all my questions and concerns with patience and I would recommend you ask for him when you come to the store. If you're the manager of the store and you read this please consider him a raise.

Well having been a long term customer of Verizon Wireless - i have had some good, bad, terrible experiences. I Meet David P. - 4 years ago at verizon, he gives me his cell phone and says if i need anything jus give him a call. Well call, email, txt etc he always gets me what i need has it ready when i get to the store, sign for it and leave. always by appointment. never waiting etc. we now run our business phone through them also. Only great experiences with him. Verizon needs to clone him.

Came in to get an old pre-paid phone activated on our regular account. We were greeted promptly and introduced to Donald, who helped us. He was very friendly and patient with us while we had to wait to make some account changes. He walked us through the steps and made the process very easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this store and the assistance of Donald for future services!

It's always the same story with this VZW store. 1.) If they don't know about it, you're wrong about it. Even if it's on their information board and on the website. 2.) If a rep can't resolve your problem, you're not going to get the supervisor or manager to talk to you about why they can't resolve your problem at that moment. 3.)They end up calling the Corporate Call Center. Which you could have done in the first place and saved a trip and your time. If you have an account related problems or switching plans, do it from the comfort of your home. Log into My Verizon or call the customer service line. It's much faster, friendlier, and you won't have to deal with incompetence.
