Excellent work!!! My bumper was damaged in a hit and run, leaving a hole in the bumper and chipping my right tail light. Charlie was working with me and was super helpful, giving me updates and the plan on what was going to happen. They did a beautiful job the first time around and even fixed the paint damage by Caliber Collison from a previous incident. I'll absolutely come here in the event of future problems! Thank you so so so much, I can't express my gratitude enough :)

Recently had my Jaguar taken to Two Guys due to some damage caused by a hit and run. KC and the team were very responsive and did an incredible job on my car. So, I am writing because of the work they did and what I felt like was going above and beyond what they probably had to do but even post fixing my vehicle I have called them at least two more times with questions or concerns NOT related to the work they did but because I feel like they are now my trusted car center. I don't normally write reviews but I really feel like it is important that I mention both the service and the level of work/care that they put into my vehicle. I would HIGHLY recommend and I will continue to trust them with my car. (although I hope there is no more damage in the near future...)

Driving in Maryland has thrown a curve ball as I was on my way to work and a seagull decided to drop a huge clam on my hood causing a huge dent, chipping the paint all the way to the metal. I have mixed feelings about leaving a review as the repair was great!The repair is not noticeable, the repair quality was great so I would give a 4 stars, the maintenance ethics now that is where I have a problem and would give it a 2 star. The car had dust all over the inside of the vehicle, as if QA didn't bother to look at the car prior to giving it back to the customer. there was a surface paint scratch which was cleaned up, and damage to the lower door panel which was not there before. when the floor supervisor KC came he was cordial and understood my concern as a customer. I was told to call back within a week if I didn't hear from them first, which I didn't. I left a message, shortly after the manager called me instead saying there was no repair or maintenance done inside my car. yet I have several phone notifications of the car having its windows and front door open. This alone is poor service, there was no damage on the door when I dropped off my car, and now there is, to which the manager called me indirectly a liar! This is poor customer service and for that reason I will not come here again. Be careful if you drop your car off here. the repair may be fixed but what else was damaged by careless practices.

Took my pathfinder there on Oct 31st for a body repair. Although it took a couple days longer than planned (originally told 4-5 days). The work was done well and my car looks like new again. Two guys is a very busy shop with that being said it goes to show how good their reputation is when they are that busy.

I was in an accident, and the other person's insurance took responsibility, so they covered costs of repair. I took the vehicle in for an estimate, which was pretty quick, maybe 30 minutes. When I dropped the car off, they took care of contacting Enterprise to pick me up for my rental. They got the repair done in just over a day. So on my end, it was a painless transaction with very polite employees.
