Sarah is by far the best Real Estate agent ever. To sum up our experience that is the best way to put it. Sarah went above and beyond our expectations. She was thorough, went the extra mile, made us feel like family and got it done when we thought we could not get it done. From day, one to the sale of our house. I absolutely lost no trust in her. If you ever need your house sold or if you’re looking to buy a home, she is the only one you ever need to work with. Sarah Mulford-Martin was the best realtor we have ever had and we have bought and sold several homes over the last 20+ years. She is just the right mix of an aggressive thinker, client advocate, and excellent listener. She was thoughtful and thorough and timely in her communication with us throughout the selling process and there was never a time when we did not know where we stood regarding process, negotiations, preparations, staging, etc. Her guidance helped us feel confident and assured that we were always on the right path toward selling our home. And when we needed to adjust our approach and make preparations for showings, she was the perfect task master and coach. My family and I had to relocate from NJ to MD due to my husband’s job. Our real estate agent and friend in NJ recommended Sarah to us. We feel so blessed to have found such a gem of a person during our house hunting. She really has been amazing to work with. She is caring, respectful and values your opinion as well as your needs. She goes above and beyond to try to give you the best experience possible. I had never moved out of the North Eastern area. Moving from a known area to a totally unknown area without knowing anything about the area nor anyone has been extremely difficult for me. Sarah took it upon herself to make sure that we found the right area for our family to live in. On one of our trips into town with our needs in mind, she drove us to the different areas and homes available to see which areas we liked best. She even showed us houses via zoom describing every detail making us feel as if we were there. Sarah has been the friend and person I have found in MD that I never thought I could find. The past couple of months have been really difficult and stressful in every aspect. So many different obstacles were presented and yet thankfully everything turned out ok. I truly feel that Sarah’s professionalism, expertise as well as the type of person she is, makes her a unique kind of real estate agent. She is also very detail oriented and will treat your house hunting as if it was her own, by taking all of your requests into account. She is very personable and approachable. Highly recommend Sarah and her team. We received very short notice move orders with the navy along with already scheduled vacation plans over the summer and Sarah stepped in and helped us get everything ready very quickly and on the market. Extremely organized and experienced, specifically with the leonardtown and california area, with great communication throughout. We had multiple offers within days and closing was handled while we were out of state without incident. Thank you so much!

Sarah is the goat. I just sold my home with her and wow she is the type of realtor I didn’t know existed. The client/realtor relationship felt personal. She takes her job very personally and will fight tooth and nail for you. The appraisal process was crazy and they appraised for just over $35k under asking. It was so unjustified and she said heck no! Even after being initially rejected on first rebuttal, she still pushed for a second opinion and it came back my asking price! Her comps were clearly miles better and they agreed. It took us 23 extra days to close bc of that mess but she was always so nice and we bonded thru the turbulence. Thank you so much Sarah for everything. I only wish I was still in the area to work with you again.

We worked with Sarah Mulford-Martin and the Liberty Home team to purchase a home in the area. Sarah has been an absolute godsend when we were trying to purchase our home in the area. Being relatively new in the area, her knowledge and expertise of the area helped us immensely in decisions we had to make. Her responsiveness and professionalism is impeccable as well. Even though the market was turbulent at the time and we had many failed bids for properties, Sarah remained extremely reliable and she was ready to help us at a moments notice. We worked with Mrs. Sarah Mulford-Martin and she did more than just find us a new home. We looked at houses remotely and relied on Sarah heavily. She has plenty of experience with identifying abnormalities with the houses we looked at -from smells to paints to neighborhood atmospheres- and she had us covered. Sarah is hands down the most professional and knowledgeable realtor we have ever dealt with in the multiple PCS moves we've gone through 10 years in. As a member of the extended military community Sarah understands how constantly moving puts a lot of stress on military families, her relaxed demeanor and depth of knowledge of the market makes that stress melt away.
