My experience with T Mobile the worst company that I have dealt with in my 76 years. I went.to the Mechanicsville Va store and got the internet gateway to try for 15 daysI could not get a good signal to far from tower. I took it back 4 days later and was told we won't take it back and to drive another 30 minutes to another store where they took it back. That's only the beginning I started getting charged 55.00A month for 2 months on credit card.I called and they said they would take care of it. I called again two weeks later and they said it would be taken care ofI called again and sorry.it would be taken care of and today I get a collections notice for 110.00 pmI called again and asked to speak to manage and got no satisfaction. I just filed a complaint with the Attorney General Office to have this removed from my credit report. I will never go near a t Mobile office again.

The new manager Elise is amazing. The trade in thing was down and she tried every possible way to help, and she figured out a way. She’s literally a hero !!

The new manger Elise is very helpful. The reps are awesome. They are very helpful they answered all my questions. The store is very clean. And last but not least they helped me more that customer service.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Everyone who works there is either incompetent or doesn’t care about their job. Management needs to start over and hire all new employees.

My husband and I met our daughter at this store this evening about an hour before they closed so she could replace her broken phone. Jania helped her pick put a new phone, and got her all set up, including transferring all her data which meant she had to stay 45 minutes after they closed along with her coworker, whose name I didn't get. They were both extremely patient and friendly throughout the entire process. Jania even had to coordinate with someone at their headquarters on the phone to get our daughter her PIN, and that person on the other end of the phone was also extremely kind and professional. It's been a long time since we've experienced that high level of customer care. We are all very grateful for their help, and how kindly they treated us.

AVOID this location. They charged you even thought they said there is a promotion with free phone. They charged you everything. I end up to disputed all their charges and ran away from that store.

Absolutely terrible customer service when my husband and I went in to upgrade my phone. We were the only customers there. When we walked in, I asked the lady how she was doing, not knowing she was on the phone (with significant other). She proceeded to raise her finger as if she was saying "give me a second". Then carried on with the conversation she was having. When she started asking me questions, she would laugh in the middle of my answers because she was still on the phone. She didn't know any answers to any questions I was asking. Needless to say, we left without upgrading my phone. I work in sales and would never provide this kind of customer service.
