Me and my friend walk _in to get nails done, they took us right a way, technician are very friendly and nice but we are not happy with the work, shaping and gel polish are not even , acrylic are left under the nail and look terrible!!

If I could give a negative 10 I would . We were vacationing in the local beach . Decided to get our nails done here despite the bad reviews . To our luck my mom and I sat down for our pedicure and ended up waiting 30 minutes to get started . Once pedicure was over the lady sat us down and didn't let us know that only “Ben†could help with our manicure . So after waiting 20 minutes I had to ask what's going on and it was then that they told me Ben would be helping me. 4 customers came in after me and they all received help , 1 employee decided to take her lunch knowing the place is booked and I was waiting . Overall all experience was horrifying . They topped it all off with negative attitude . Will advise anyone I can to not waste their time or money .

Eyebrow waxing $8... Not bad. If you want someone to spend extra time and attention to your brows, don't go here. Staff is friendly.

I will never come here again- I got a gel manicure its been a week and its already peeling. I usually go to get my nails done else where and they were busy so I tried this place. bad mistake. The "great" experience started once I sat down. The women gave me a bowl to put my hands in without cleaning it from the person before me. She questioned my color choice because its a pale color and she didn't want to put a 3rd layer on. By the end of it my nails looked like I painted them myself- which is not a compliment. I will never come back or tell anyone to come here. very disappointing.

I’ve been to various places and was new to the area, so I decided to try this place out. I give the benefit of the doubt in most situations, but I left with an absolutely horrendous manicure. Many of my friends were appalled that I walked out paying at all, let alone FULL PRICE. I will never go back to this salon again. Awful customer service and awful over all experience.
