UPS messed up my delivery (no fault of the shipping store) and Sean at the store was SO helpful with rerouting my package and facilitating a credit for the error. Great experience ??

My experience here have been great, glory to God. Few times I came here I was short of packing tape or tape incorrectly, the associate here I found to be genuine honest hard working associates doing their best to meet the public need. Politely answer my question,offer me affordable options. My favorite part is being able to email them items to print labels for packaging or documents to mail. Upon arrival it was sitting ready for me or if they are busy will print up on notice. I can do it all right there. Big convenience, if it's within their means, I found they would go over and beyond. I left satisfied and feeling secure my package was wrapped properly and on its way. Lords willing I would use their service again. I was serviced USPS postage for documents and FedEx mail out. I found them to be a reliable go to. I want to tip, but didn't have cash on me so I'm leaving my experience in hope it will support you and expose some of work that supported me with my return. They don't do barcode scan, it was out of their means but he was able to print my label, secure and finish taping my return. Can't beat that!

Super friendly and excellent service. I had them package up items and ship it across the country for me. The packaging they did was amazing; they really put effort into making sure the contents stayed safe. Highly recommend them!

I went there for notary services. I called two days ahead to be sure when a notary will be on duty. I was told a notary would be there between 1 and 4pm on Friday. I arrived Friday at 1:20pm and was told by the notary that he doesn't give service after 1pm. When I told him I was told to come at this time....he basically called me a liar. And was extremely RUDE about it. I am also disabled... which kinda adds to how bad the customer service is at this dump

Just went for a basic pre-paid drop off. I like the self-reciept station to get a timestamp for yourself and the ability to drop off the package in the bin. Saves time to not have to wait in line with a pre-paid slip already on the box. I can see myself using this place more in the future for packages.

My sister took me to The Shipping Store to send family items and heirlooms after our mother's death. Sean and staff were very kind and thorough. Everything arrived at my California home in perfect condition. I am very impressed with their shipping services and, ever more so, with their customer service.

This place has been good to me...I've been a handful of times and each experience has been good..I've been treated with respect and even helped to write something done when needed ..Also needed some tape and was helped their also,,it's sad to see all the negative comments because I couldn't and wouldn't want to have experienced what these other costumers had to endure..But their are 3 sides to every story.

$3 charge to use 24" of clear plastic shipping tape to ship a box purchases at there store. This business should be ashamed of themselves for penny pinching customers this way.
