Dont even think of placing an online order for pickup because they'll put your stuff back without cancelling your order, texting you, AND before the three day limit. I placed an order Friday afternoon and tried to pickup on Sunday and they had already put it back and i would've had to buy it off the floor even though I already had the charge on my account.

Love this store! I am always greeted with smiles. I always get help when asked. Every staff member I have encountered has been such a pleasure to work with. I get compliments on my makeup and hair every time too. Love the ladies at this location

If you ever are thinking of applying, working, or being employed by this sally beauty establishment I highly suggest you do not unless you would be okay working in a middle school drama class environment, the manager acts like she is 12 years old, treats her employees horribly and does not care about anyone else but herself, I just quit because of how unsafe of a work environment it is there and so did another employee, no one who works there is trained properly and the manager treats employees like they are robots and constantly lies, discuses and acts rudely towards her employees while also discussing other employees to other employees trying to get us all to fight, she has been there 10 years and does not care about this place at all and it shows, she constantly clocked me out for breaks I wasn’t taking while not letting other employees know that we were even allowed to take breaks, I lost a total of $300 from my paychecks within just 3 months and corporate is useless as well as the district manager. Me and other co workers called at least 12 times about the workplace and heard nothing in return we also tried getting in touch with the district manager and she also ignored us about our situation, so honestly you could find a way better place to work that treats you like you’re a living being that also gives you more money and hours . I will never work or go to a sally beauty store ever again because of this store and manager.

Every time I shop there, I’ve gotten plastic bags for free. Today I was charged for a paper bag, I didn’t ask for any particular type of bag just wanted to buy my stuff and leave. If they’re going to sneak charges in fraudulently, then I’ll just buy my stuff elsewhere. I get that it’s 15 cents, but the fact that she picked something that cost extra and used it instead of giving me the plastic ones is messed up.

Employee was rude today which shocked me because they are always nice. She had attitude because I told her my email was in the system and she argued with me. I was in last week and didn't have this problem. Ruined my day!

Will never go back to this location. Had an issue with my hair so I came to get some hair dye and the ladies were literally snickering and commenting about my hair talking about how horrible it looked. I literally felt so ashamed I started crying. Then they proceeded to smirk at me while I bought product to fix it. Horrible, horrible experience and I will never be back to this location.

The worst customer service I've ever received. I walked in and the lady at the counter was just standing there looking in the distance. And i greeted her to try to make eye contact and then nothing happened. I went about my business to get my hair dye and when I went back to the counter the lady was still looking away and not acknowledging my presence, as if i were invisible. There was only one other customer in the store so there was no excuse for her behavior. I put my hair dye on the counter to greet her and asked her politely if she was open. She did not even look at me or say anything. She just stood there and there was an awkward silence. Another employee went to the other cash register and told me she can help me. It took them about ten minutes to do a return because they were so incompetent. Never coming back here again. Worst customer service I've ever received.
