Bought a used vehicle here back in 2019. I stayed quiet about my experience for a while because of extenuating circumstances at the time. However, this was my second car purchase, which was a mistake. Within the same week, I experienced multiple issues with my purchased vehicle. The tint that was on prior was improperly removed, leaving glue residue everywhere (didn't realize that until taking it to be tinted and had to pay extra to get the glue removed), the rims were bent out of shape - making the ride incredibly uncomfortable, and the screen inside of it started doing its own thing. At least they tried to fix the rims, but it never rode completely smooth. When I tried returning the vehicle for something else 2-3 weeks into ownership they were trying to take it for 3k less...Needless to say, don't go for the used vehicles there, even if they are CPO inspect it well.

Very Disappointed at what I'm currently experiencing with the service here. I had my car towed to them this past May 15th due to grinding, roaring, clicking and loss of power. I was told the transfer case was leaking and it needed to be repaired. I authorize repair and paid almost $2,000. After picking up my car 4 days later, I started calling them about the same grinding, roaring, clicking and car feeling accelerated. I took my car in and was told the right axle was bent dropping the transmission at repair and that they would fix at no additional cost. About 10 days later the part arrived, I took in for repair. A few days later, I called back stating the same sounds and feeling. I took the car back in and drove with the technician pointing out the issues I was noticing. After 3 and a half hours, I was told it was a "hard diagnosis" but the left axle needs to be ordered and replaced. Barely 30 days later, I had to towed my car to a Nissan dealership in New Jersey where I was currently located. The car did the same thing that I initially took it in for. The Nissan of NJ within the hour was able to tell me the transfer case needs to be replaced. I told them it had been resealed. The saw no signs of leak and said there was no fluid put in when it was resealed. Nissan of Lexington Park does not want to take responsibility that there was a mistake made and it caused more damage. I never reported or did a review almost 2 years ago when they replaced my radiator and I had to take the car back immediately because they forgot to put coolant in the new radiator. I did not ignore the issues the car was having after the repair. I kept calling and taking the car in.

Three hours and counting to get brake pads and check on my door lock issue. They said the door lock was a simple fix of unplugging and plugging my computer (which took two hours because they weren't going to start on my brakes until they looked at that). They tried to upsell me to align my tires since they could see a wear pattern on my tires (I bought the tires on Wednesday and they have maybe 50 miles on them.)They also wanted to do my brake fluid but isn't that weird since when you change the brake pads it squeezes the calipers and you'd then over flow the brake fluid reservoir. Anyway, they took my name off the board so it doesn't count against their metric. It did take 8+ hours to buy the car so I shouldn't be surprised. And before you think I've gone all Karen on them.. I have not, I've been the quiet girl just sitting here because I don't want them to screw up my brakes. I love Nissan, I own three of them, but I truly hate this dealership. I wish there was another one closer. #Nissan #nissanrogueUpdate: I asked what's going on and they said they finished rotating my back brakes and had one left in the front. I honestly don't understand why they wouldn't have just replaced the rotators but they said they do not do that/ They should be done in 45 mins to an hour. I asked if it's normal for brakes to take 4 1/2 hours and they said well it took 2 hours to diagnose my door issue. Wtf

I contacted the sales department and spoke to a guy name Ian and inquired about a 2023 Nissan Versa SR in gun metallic gray. I was told by Ian that they had one coming in that I can come take a look at and purchase if it's what I am looking for. I also contacted Jeremiah (the finance guy) and was assured that the color of the vehicle was gun metallic gray. I put down a 500.00 deposit on the car just to reserve it and was told by Ian that it was refundable in the event that I decide not to purchase the vehicle. The car arrived on the lot, and I was contacted by Ian and informed that the car not the color of the vehicle that I wanted and left a deposit on. I was then passed off to Jeremiah in finance and was told by him that his general manager stated that he was not going to refund my deposit. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and thank God none of them were from these crooks. I also used my credit card for the deposit, and I suggest anyone making a deposit on anything never do cash or debit even though you can get your money back, it will take longer and there are more hoops to jump through. I am not out of the money for reasons that I disclosed earlier, and they are on notice. Please heed my advice and go elsewhere to purchase your vehicle because these people are very dishonest and will say whatever you want to hear just to rip you off.

So I wrote a bad review back in August about how I was treated and posted on Google. The post was taken down to " inflate " the good ratings. Please Don't be fooled, I experienced an attitude with the gentleman that checked me in. I Believe his name is Mike, either he is racist or anti feminist or both. I tend to think it's the former ,.. because he gave a white woman that came in top rated service. My jaw dropped at the difference in service I received and that customer.

Wow , where do i even start ... March 12, 2022 i went in because they had a truck i was VERY interested in . I got approved to buy it so i traded my 2020 chevy Malibu in on it . They NEVER gave us a car fax for the truck and if they did i wouldve never bought it . Left the lot with my truck and it started throwing a bunch of codes , took it back and they told me they couldnt fix it i needed to take it somewhere else . The truck should have NEVER passed maryland inspection due to the frame being cut with a torch etc . 2 weeks later they called me and said the bank wont allow us to have a extended warranty or gap so they had to redo our paperwork . Fast forward to oct 15th 2022 , i took the truck back to try and trade it in , and they refused to buy it back or even allow me to trade it in . They were willing to put me into a new car without the trade but with a much higher payment , and the financing department lady said yall will be just fine you can do it , and kept trying to push us into a higher payment . I felt very disrespected and i dont like going into a dealership and feeling pressured into something . She then had enough nerve just like another person to tell us to just let it go back to the bank and have a repo on your credit . I feel bad for the salesmen that was trying to help , he had a heart of gold and the finance lady pushes him aside and said YOU will be dealing with me from now on , i felt very uncomfortable so i left . I went back when she wasnt working and tried again , we got approved for a car again but without the trade , we then once again had a finance person ( wont say names ) tell us he wouldnt take the truck as a trade and we should just voluntarily let it get repossessed, NOPE not going to happen , im not messing up mine or my husbands credit . - i also referred a friend to this dealership & they sold her a car that has metal in the motor oil and needs a new motor and they told her take it somewhere else to have it fixed ! Disrespectful , pushy and all about the dollar . I wouldn't recommend going here or to brandywine because they are both owned by the same person .

Their car wash is always "broken", but you see them using it. Their online phone number doesn't even work.

I'm very sad that it's had to come to this point, but I have been a loyal customer of NOLP since 2019. I've brought them may deals through the years and have said nothing but good things in the community, but that ends today. We got a call from Tammy Sapp stating that my fiancé's GAP policy (on a car he traded in to another dealership and was paid off) was never cancelled. We requested this with the finance manager about two months ago. She states that they need a form to show the vehicle was paid off. I asked why the finance manger never told us this because we already had another issue with it not being cancelled last month. Policies decline in value and I know the check is now going to be way less than it should've been. She had no excuse other than people make mistakes. Instead of saying she needed to train her and educate her she got very defensive. Eventually she became apologetic. I've had multiple other issues with this dealership that I will entail later on and I brought that up. She said let's get the money first and talk later. I hung up from that conversation now knowing this dealership never valued my business to begin with. The icing on the cake is that when the first fiasco happened, I asked the owner of the dealership, Tony, to call me and he never did.The issues actually began very early on when my mom got a 2019 Sentra that I co-signed for. About 5,000 miles in the car kept breaking down for the same issue and continued until 15,000 miles. A total of three times. We should've called the state and reported the car a lemon, but I'm a super nice guy and believe in second chances, so I honestly let them screw us over and let them roll over money into her new car. Granted I got a new car too but instead of helping us they were looking out for their financial gains. The next huge event that happened was as follows: my fiancé wanted to buy his first newer car. I bragged about how great they were and he ended up purchasing the car. He later found that the car wasn't what he really wanted so we came back to trade it. They had to put the new car in my name because they wouldn't approve him on his own. I waited about a month and never got any paperwork so I contacted the owner, Tony, to find out what was going on. He kept making excuses. We were driving around on a car that hadn't even been financed. Well I understand COVID hit and incomes were affected by it and that banks were not really being understanding, but he should've contacted me first and had been transparent that they couldn't do the deal. Instead I had to make a car payment on the trade in we no longer had and that they sold. They also sold the car they hadn't even paid off!! He assured me I would get my money back and never did.So I am sorry that Tammy Sapp had to get the blunt of this, but that phone call today was the straw that broke the camel's back. If they really do reach out to me and try to revolve this I will potentially remove this review because I am reasonable. They still do have a few gems such as DJ and Josh, but they've lost a lot such as Courtney, Alyssa, and Danny.Just do your research before dealing with this dealership.

Extremely courteous and no pressure. We actually had to go find a salesman as opposed to the new dealership down the street that had at least 7 salesman standing outside and even approached us the second we pulled in, we never parked. They showed us exactly what we asked for and didnt try to steer us into a more expensive car. Their prices are set and they don't fluctuate daily up and down like some of the other dealerships in this hot car market. It was not an all day adventure like our previous car buying experiences. Our salesman Andy was professionally and very helpful.
