I am very disappointed with my experience at Nail Trix salon. I was a walk in this afternoon around 445 pm. I had gone into the salon to get my acrylic soaked off and as you can clearly see, I still have acrylics on my nails that were not fully taken off upon leaving and paying. The most horrifying part of this experience was the fact that during my manicure, when I was getting my nails shaped up, there was a verbal sparring match between the woman doing my nails, as well as what I believe to be the manager. The lady and the man were screaming at each other while the lady also smacked me in the hand multiple times with her nail file. This discussion was clearly about something to do with me, which is even more disheartening. I would give this salon zero stars if I could.

The best nail experience I have ever had. Staff was chatty and friendly which is oddly rare to see! Guy doing my nails was so funny and nice, he worked with me on what I want so my nails would fit me perfectly. Open about prices too, which is another important quality that I don't see a lot! $85 for a full set acrylic with design on every nail and they look amazing.

Omg! I have been coming to nail trix off and on since 2020 and after this last visit I'm never going anywhere else again. I came in needing a fill for a set I got somewhere else. The gentleman that did my nails totally fixed the same and made the nails more slim. When I didn't know what color I wanted (I usually go for a neutral or light pink) he picked this gorgeous, gemstone green, with a shimmer finish. Nail Trix always does so well! Def worth the visit. M

I walked in around 4:30pm on a Monday for a pedicure and they got started right away. My technician was Kathy. This was probably one of the best pedicures I've ever had. It was pricey, $75 for the signature pedicure with gel polish, $90 total with a tip, but Kathy didn't rush through any step of the process. I plan to return and make my appointment in advance with Kathy.

Excellent , Fast service & rewards program , if you create an account on their electronic kiosk to check-in. You may request a nail technician , too. They are very Professional & welcoming, too. I appreciate the cozy salon size,too. The atmosphere of the salon feels more personable & welcoming and the nail techs offer lots of smiles :) The gel nail manicure is my favorite service (it’s very durable) and you have the option of having the Nail Tech remove the gel polish with a hand file or electric nail file, too. I prefer removing the gel polish with the hand nail file- I find it less damaging to my natural nail bed :) I appreciate that they’ll listen to your requests and make good suggestions, too. They remind you of your services/options for the next appointment & look forward to seeing you again. Offers services for Teens, too. I’m glad I chose this nail salon & my friends highly recommend it, too!

I went in thinking I would be seen by Tom or Rebecca, who I normally see and I got sat with someone new, He didn't introduce himself, he just kept talking about how he is good at nails and he's been doing it for 30 years even though he only looks about 30...I originally went looking for a full set of gel with a design, I had a picture of what I wanted done and he persisted in saying he understood what I wanted and then kept asking to see the photo again, The length I asked for was wrong, they were too long, None of my nails were even with the other hand, The polish we used was all over the place, He made my fingers bleed on multiple different fingers. As soon as he was done with my nails and I was checking out he was leaving for the day. I paid $76 for something a child could do better...Mind you I have been coming to Nail Trix for at least 3 Years or more and I have never had a problem with service here. But I will never come back.

I’ve never had Gel X done before and I can honestly say this was a pleasant first experience. Acrylic does not last, so I’m very curious to see how gel X will! My nail tech was an older gentleman he took his time and was gentle throughout the process.I love my nails and will most definitely be back!

I have been coming here for years for pedicures. Clean, pleasant environment. Tom or Akyra do a nice job. My teenaged daughter loves to get a French tip from Rebecca, who is always so sweet to her and makes her feel fancy.

I am so unhappy with the way my nails look. I have never been to this place before. I had one nail left on each hand that I had cut down but hadn’t been able to get off. Instead of taking them off he tried to add to them. I asked for my nails to be almond shaped and they are not. . He told me to go wash my hands and none of my nails were the same length. I had to tell him and it took him another 45 min. I am so in happy with how my nails look but after 2 hours I didn’t have anymore time to sit there. I will never go back there and I will not recommend them to anyone. They are terrible.
My nails started popping off after one week of having them done.this is terrible.

I walked in this morning for a Gel X appointment and had a wonderful and pleasant first experience. It’s very hard to find a salon that does Gel X and this salon exceeded my expectations! My nail tech Amy took her time and was so gentle. I love my nails and will definitely be back!

I had my nails done here 2 weeks ago and left a review regarding my experience with them. the owner got back to me but because I was sick and trying to work I wasn't able to get back to them. I called them yesterday and they wanted me to come in at 5 pm which was not a good te for me. I called today and the girl set the appt up for Thursday and said they would be charging me. I requested the owner to call me back. He called while I was on another call. I returned his call and the girl said he stepped out and didn't know when he would be back. It is very frustrating to call there and speak with them because no one knows anythin.

Absolutely horrible ..there were three people there none of which could do any design on nails.the pedicure was even worse the man used only one file on my feet no other foot scrappers or anything.put crappy lotion on then threw a hot towel on me and said finished I asked for a receipt when I knew I was overcharged and I literally got a blank piece of paper w the number $87 and nothing else.I could go on and on.no slipper shoes to put on feet so I had to put my boots on..I assure yyou don't go here..
