So, I called to get pricing and see what sizes were available.Tyniece answered when I called and not only was she super helpful with all my questions, concerns and crazy antics, she was also extremely patient.She went above and beyond to hold the unit requested, offered me numerous options for when and how to come get set up with the storage facility, and she did it all with a smile.We ended up going with another company due to a super low rate and deal only available online (not the fault of this company)A huge thank you to Tyniece and the individuals of Potomac Self Storage for being so amazing.Keep up the good work”
