Shamar in the appliance section was extremely helpful and knowledgeable helping me and my mom out with a dishwasher and garbage disposal installation. We really appreciated all of his assistance. All employees were very friendly and helpful.

Had an appliance delivery scheduled and was informed 3 different times they can deliver onto military bases. The morning of we got a call from the delivery team saying they couldn’t. We tried to change it to a pick up because we needed the appliances ASAP and said they couldn’t because the products were coming from a distribution center so our only option was to cancel and wait 10 business days for a refund. The store has multiple of the items in stock so not sure why they were coming from a distribution center. Will NOT be shopping from Lowe’s anytime soon.

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience at this Lowe's location. I went to buy some lumber, but the rack for the boards I needed was empty. I asked the associates in the area for help, and a guy on a forklift said he was about to go outside and get them. I thanked him and grabbed the other boards I needed while I waited.
However, while I was getting those boards, I watched him and another employee go to the end of the aisle and start pulling an order rather than getting the boards I requested. He finally went out the back doors, and I patiently continued to wait for the next half an hour until I realized this guy wasn’t coming back.
I finally saw his coworker, who I approached and asked about the location of my lumber. He replied, “give me just a minute,” and disappeared out the same door as the first employee. I continued to wait for another 10 minutes with no response, so I decided at that point I would buy the lumber I had already loaded and be done with this store.
As I was checking out, both employees came back in the store with a load of lumber. By this point, I had waited over 45 minutes. They were completely unprofessional, prioritizing a pickup or delivery order right in front of my face after I had just asked them to refill the rack I needed lumber from. That order could have waited. The employee I had approached just 15 minutes earlier came up to the register mumbling something about, “where was that guy who was looking for 2x6’s?” He didn’t even acknowledge me, despite having spoken with me shortly before.
I got the forklift driver’s name from the cashier and reported him to corporate. They sent an email to let me know they were forwarding it to the store manager, but I never heard another word about it. I’m sure nothing was done. That’s fine, I’ll just go to Home Depot from now on.

I had a frustrating experience with appliance sales and installation service. I recently purchased a refrigerator from this store, and the sales representative who assisted me failed to communicate crucial information to the third-party contractor responsible for the installation. It came to my attention that the installation couldn’t happen because my pipes were located in my basement, a detail that should have been shared with the installation team beforehand. As a result of this oversight, the installation team arrived unprepared to complete the installation as scheduled. This lack of coordination and communication resulted in a significant inconvenience for me, as I had taken time off from work and made arrangements to ensure that my new refrigerator would be installed smoothly and without delay. Regrettably, due to the inability to proceed with the installation on the scheduled date and time, I had no choice but to return the refrigerator and request a refund for my purchase. This experience has been frustrating and time-consuming, and it has not only inconvenienced me but also shaken my confidence in this location’s service standards.

They had a display out. We purchased what was behind the display. It's said, on sale $149.00 regularly $229.00
We get to the register, and the item rings up, $169.00. The manager said, "Oh, it's not the same item." Your display stated it was. They refused to give us the $149.00.
Lowes is going downhill.

I applied for a Lowe's credit and hadn't planned to use it so quickly but my AC went up in my man cave. I was surprised to see the meant options for portable air conditioners. Great place for all your home needs and projects

If you’re looking for anything this is definitely the place to go. Except for food.

So hit or miss. One day its decent the next you spend 25 minutes waiting on a curbside delivery that you eventuallyhave to go in and still wait 20 minutesfor help. One consistent thing is no one ever picks up the phone. Worst Lowes ever.

Disappointing Experience with Garden Center Access and Customer Service
I recently had a very frustrating experience at Lowes. One night, after 8 PM, I went to the garden center to pick up large bags of dirt. The center was open, and I had no issues getting the bags on my own and loading them into my car.
However, the next night around the same time, I returned to buy about 30 more bags, intending to spend over $500. To my surprise, the gate to the parking lot was closed. When I went to customer service to ask if they could open the gate so I could complete my purchase, they refused. The explanation given was that employees work hard, so they close the gate early. They told me my only options were to schedule a pickup or pay for a delivery, which came with a fee, and they couldn't even specify the delivery time until I paid the fee.
What made the situation worse was seeing groups of employees just hanging around, none of whom offered to help me get the items and bring them to my car. I left feeling undervalued and frustrated.
Ultimately, I took my business to Ace Hardware, where I found the same products and had a much better experience, saving both time and money. Lowes is a long drive for me, and I also work hard. This was the only time I could get to the store, and despite being ready to spend a significant amount of money, the lack of support from employees and customer service was disappointing.
It's no wonder why some Lowes stores are losing money and closing down. I expected better service and a willingness to help customers, especially when they're ready to make a substantial purchase. This experience has made me reconsider shopping at Lowes in the future.

The parking lot here is very cramped and hectic, but the selection on the store is good, better than some other Lowes.
